Did outstanding job. Initially had them come out to trim palms and then asked for a estimate to remove 3 large mature pine trees. Glad we went with them, they worked hard, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job.

Came on time w a crew, used harness to climb tree, piched up all debris and all in a timely manner.

Randy and Jacob were prompt, courteous, and did a great job. They patiently (and cheerfully) answered my questions and cleaned up their mess to my satisfaction. As hot as it was today, they never once complained. This company will get my future business because they earned it.

It went great...Javiar and Naucho did a great job...when they got here they asked how we wanted the trees trimmed and then they went right to work...it was fantastic watching Javiar do the trimming so high in the sky...:) Before leaving each tree he would ask how they looked and if I wanted any more trimming...I checked each one out from all angles before he left each tree..they look awesome...It cost just $35 per tree...not bad at all and they had all the trimmings (which was bigtime) up and taken to their truck for hauling away in no time at all...will definitely use them again and again and highly recommend this company.

Trim 2 palm trees... very pleased with service

The contact person was good about communication. Their climber who was scheduled the first time became injured, and we rescheduled with no hassle. responsive to texts and made a follow up call after the work was performed to make sure the job went well and that they cleaned up after themselves. Time will tell if the trees appreciate it!

Overall they did a very good job. Not Perfect on the clean up, but it was nothing I couldn't finish up in 5 minutes. There were some ... unique circumstances that prevented the job from being accomplished quickly, strings of windy days, and personal misfortunes. However some things are out of anyone's control, so with that being said, they were very friendly and did a wonder job on my trees for a VERY fair price. Seriously, no one else in town would have trimmed even just my Canary Palm for that price. In fact no would would have done that palm for less than $200. Sooo there is that.

Great job. Arrived on time; good attention to detail. Used tarps all over to protect our patio furniture and firepit. Worked very quickly and methodically. Cleaned up all of the debris and then some. The yard hasn't looked this good in months!

Two workers arrived in the time window provided by Ron Goodwin, TreePro owner. They were courteous & very hard workers. The worker who went up the palms & did the trimming was very fast using a small chain saw. Two of the palms are very tall - & he had no problem climbing to the necessary height & was done with all 3 in about 30 min. Cleanup took another 30 min & both workers were very thorough, even using a leaf blower to clean the pool deck & rockscape. They carried all debris to their trailer & did not use our trash cans as previous trimmers had done. We highly recommend Ron Goodwin & TreePro for whatever tree/yard work you need, given our experience today!!

They did a great job of trimming trees and left no mess behind. In fact, I would say they left the place better than they found it. I would not hesitate to refer this company to anyone. I look forward to them coming back when I need the service again.

The gentleman were very professional and timely. They worked their butts off in the high temperatures and left my backyard in great shape. Ron was very courteous and ensured that the work was more than expectable. I went out to tip the two workers, but they had left as I had a photographer taking pictures of the front of the house and he asked them to move their truck. ( I am sorry about that guys). I will be retaining their number and use their services when I need assistance in keeping my yard looking great.

Good job with the trees, but kind of a lazy job with the cleanup. TreePro was easy to schedule, and they showed up on time. The team of 2 workers spent 2 hours trimming my 12 trees. The finished trees look nice, and they hauled away most of the cut fronds. After they left I had to spend a half hour outside cleaning up the various tree debris that they had left behind, which was disappointing. I found a few large fronds on the ground that they'd overlooked, and was able to fill up an entire large trash can with all the medium-sized sticks and scraps left in the yard. A bit annoying overall, but at least the trees look nice. I would use TreePro again, though.

Crew arrived on time. Octavio listened to how I wanted trees trimmed. Ron had briefed him prior to start of job. I could not be more pleased. Octavio is an artist. I like privacy with the trees, yet I knew mine were long overdue for major trimming. He cut in just the right places so as to allow as much privacy as possible given how much needed trimming. The trees look great. The yard looks great. Ron is responsive, professional, thorough. What I loved most is he and the crew listen to the customer. I highly recommend them and will use them again!

The job was overlooked but when that was pointed out they came right of way and did an excellent job.

The crew of three showed up as scheduled. They worked tirelessly for 2.5 days. Removed trees that are over 80 feet tall without causing any damage and cleaned up afterwards. Ron followed up the next day to make sure everything was to our liking. I have noticed a few things a day later and asked Ron to revisit. He took care of it right away and even did some extra work free of charge. I will not use anyone else. Five star service. I wish everyone I deal with are like Ron.

We sent a picture to the owner and he gave us a quote right away. They showed up on time and did a great job. They cut down the large pine tree and we hauled it away. The owner came at the end and made sure everything went well. We have more work to be done and will definitely use TreePro.
