Workers were fast and on time. Problems came 2 months later in a major rainstorm. Roof leaked and damaged inside of home. Owner denied responsibility stating the roof was flawed and that it would have been too expensive for them to correct it. Owner has since been unresponsive even at the threat of legal action. So, now it's off to court to get the roof repaired correctly, the inside repaired and some accountability. I can't recommend this company and would state buyer beware.

They were excellent. The were totally trustworthy, thorough and outstanding. They took me up on the roof and made sure to show me what exactly was wrong and after they fixed everything. I would highly recommend them.

My Realtor recommended Titan Roofing to do a roof inspection on a home we were purchasing. They did an excellent job on a very detailed inspection, and recommended repairs. I contracted with Titan to do the repairs after the close, and coordinated with them and the HVAC contractor to ensure that Titan was able to do their work after the HVAC units were replaced.
Very pleased with the work provided and the level of customer service that Titan provided I would very much recommend Titan Roofing.

Started out good, ended up bad. Company wrote up estimate of how many roof tiles to be replaced (3 broken trim tiles, 2 at rake gable 1 at ridge, reset 2 loose tiles by fireplace), but stated verbally (big mistake) they would be glad to fix a couple other tiles while they were up there (that may have been missed in orig est or became dislodged after the initial estimate). Never really explained exactly which tiles they were going to replace (as in row 12, tile 5) and did not provide pics. Since we are not roofers a rake gable and ridge didn't mean much to us. We just knew we could visibly see 3 tiles that were missing or dislodged, so assumed it was those that needed replacing. After not hearing from Titan for many, many days to schedule the repair (we kept calling) we were told it would be at least 2 more weeks before the repair could be made. Two days later we rec'd an email with the invoice attached for the repair. Confused about why we were getting an invoice before the repair was done, we emailed them back and were told that they DID come out and completed the repair the same day we were told they couldn't come out for at least 2 weeks! No appointment had been schedule, no one was home at the time, no one called to ask permission to climb up on our roof......they just showed up and apparently did the repair. Well, we can visibly see that 1 tile is fixed, but the other 2 are not. Apparently, the other 2 tiles they fixed...that they say were on their contract....were way up on the roof, where we can't see them. Now of course, they want payment and state they do not recall any verbal conversation to replace any additional tiles (the 2 we can see that are still not repaired). We have asked them to honor the orig conversation and reset the 2 remaining tiles, they have refused. We emailed them about how disturbing we found it that they came to our home and did this repair without our knowledge. Not much was said. At this point, we are left with a bill to pay and no proof the work was actually done, except for he 1 tile we can see. This situation had all the opportunity in the world for a simple correction (geez, we're sorry about the miscommunication and not even letting you guys know we were coming out so you could SHOW US exactly what your expectations were of what needed to be fixed and we will gladly come reset those 2 tiles and show you pics of what we already did). If that had been the case, they would have had a happy customer in the end. Unfortunately, all they want is payment for something we're really not sure is done and in the end have lost what could have been a customer for life. We are budgeting for a few roof next year but will definitely not use their services again.

From the initial quote to completion the company was totaly amazing.
Ruben came originally and surveyed the roof, taking photos to show us the damage. He then sent us a very competitive price to repair and re-stack the whole roof.
They turned up exactly when they said they would, did the job perfectly and then cleaned up so you did not know they had been there.

Cannot easily get them to do any warranteed work.
After the last rain caused a small leak in the patio, we attempted to get them to come out to inspect and fix the patio roof. IT TOOK 4 TRIES TO GET THEM TO SHOW up. No calls, they just did not show up. The worker says he fixed it but was too busy to let my wife know he was done. He just drove off. We had to calll the office to get the status. It seems like they are very disorganized. Only time will tell if the repair was correct.

Everything done in a very professional manner. Crew was punctual and very neat. All trash was completely cleaned up after the job ended so we needed to do no work ourselves.
The estimator was very professional and let us know exactly what we needed done.

Since we are in a desert, we won't know if all leaking was fixed until the next and quot;monsoonand quot; hits us....

So far I am quite pleased with the way the owner of Titan Roofing is doing the job. He came out personally today to make sure the job is being done right. The employees are extremely professional and kind.
