Best service ever! Michael is thorough, punctual, meticulous, perfectionistic, but also a very personal, kind, pleasant young man who was able to complete my shower project and my entire floor tile in 4 days! He was punctual every day, tolerated my barking dog for the first two days, provided me with a very detailed â project estimateâ before I hired him for the job so there were no â surprisesâ ! Mike was an excellent hire to economically transform our home’s kitchen. Prior to hiring Mike, we wanted to install a new sink, but our plumber told us that the tiled kitchen counter appeared to be in bad shape and suggested a kitchen remodel instead. Not wanting to spend over $20,000 on a remodel, we hired Mike to revitalize the kitchen counter. Thankfully, Mikes workmanship and effort allowed our plumber to install the kitchen sink. Mike not only revitalized our kitchen counter, but he also volunteered to clean up our kitchen cabinets. Thanks to Mike’s diligent efforts, we were able to install a new sink and to save us a large amount of money. He is a self-motivated individual who is highly personable and knowledgeable, and he will transform a kitchen or a bathroom at a fraction of the cost. We will hire him again.

I found Tile and Grout Experts on the Angi/Home Advisor App. I called and spoke with Michael about my job and we set up a time the next day to get an estimate. He showed up on time I showed him our shower. We had bulging in 2 rows at the bottom of one side, cracks in the grout and old caulk. Michael was very friendly and professional as he introduced himself. While examining the shower he explained in detail what he saw and how he would approach the job to fix it. I hired him for the job. His estimate was a bit higher than my others, but I sensed it was going to be well worth it. When he showed up as scheduled, he set up and proceeded to use plastic sheeting to isolate the shower and keep all dirt and dust within the walls. He was meticulous in his work. He then proceeded to work on the grout, remove necessary tiles and begin the repair work behind the wall. He explained in detail everything he was doing and answered any questions I had. His attention to detail is second to none and he showed a tremendous amount of pride in his work. When all the work was completed, he left the area as clean as when he walked in the door. He then reviewed everything he did. All in all, I got what I paid for with an exceptional job. Michael was so professional with the quality of his work and work ethic, I will hire him again when needed. I recommend anyone needing tile work to give him a shot.

Michael was awesome! Very professional yet friendly even putting up with my silly dogs. He did a great job and walked me through and explained each phase of project. Showed up when he said he would and left the work area as found it clean and tidy. Excellent job!

I could not be happier with the work he did. He was prompt in his response and very friendly and helpful. The icing on the cake was that he was very accommodating with my timing and very clean and neat and went above and beyond by texting me pictures of a previous job like mine and his work was fabulous. Michael was friendly and professional. I needed grout and tile repairs in a shower. He fully explained what would be needed during his quote visit. When work began he paused after each step to show his progress and explain the next step. He does great work, and rightfully take great pride in his work. The finished result was amazing.

The owner, Michael, was the contact throughout the project. From beginning to end, his level of customer service was beyond exemplary. I got the impression he would treat the project as if it was for his own home. This company was the most expensive of the estimates, but I quickly gained confidence that the extra expense would pay off in the end. My hunch was spot on! The work done was on time, on budget, on point and had a better end result than I envisioned! I had little confidence that the transitional areas between tile styles that were mosaic would turn out well. Man, was I wrong! This was the coup de gras! Michael moved from highly skilled worker to artist. He completed exceeded my best expectations! If youâ re looking for a tile cleaning tech, or the bare minimum result, donâ t waste your time with this company. These are the guys to call for REAL results. And I can easily see why they offer a 15 year guarantee. The 25 +!year old tile in my home now looks like it was just installed yesterday! Of course, Iâ m gloating with glee over my satisfaction with this company. The real test will be the test of time. Should this excellent work not last as expected, Iâ ll edit this review. But I have a sneaking suspicion there will be no future edit, but, instead a repeat call to rerun in seven years and as many personal referrals and recommendations I can make in the interim. Money doesnâ t come easy, but Tile and Grout Experts are the experts to invest in! No regrets!

Michael us a perfectionist and did a great job repairing our â tented tilesâ . Really nice guy who obviously enjoys his work. We are already planning on other tiling protects with him. Highly recommend!

If I could give a 10 star rating I would. Michael was not only personable, he was professional and a perfectionist, which I can appreciate. He worked diligently to complete the backsplash I wanted, explained the process, and answered any questions I had. The tile I chose was not the typical rectangle shape, it was a hexagon shape with an intricate design. His work was impecable. Highly recommend. He definitely goes above and beyond and he exceeded my expectations. A huge THANK YOU!
