In my opinion, they lack in every category. Would not hire them again. Appliances were damaged which they refused to responsibility for causing the damages.

Everything went smoothly, replace carpet, base boards, painted, etc. I paid my deductible and insurance company sent check to Thistel DKI directly.

Overall it was excellent work and all workers were professional. the project manager was a good communicator and keep up to speed every step of the way. As for cost I am unsure - would guess it was closed to $8000 - I paid my deductible (500) and insurance company issue check to thistle DKI.

If you want to feel violated and have items stolen from your home this is the company for you! This company performed a dry out for me when my house got flooded due to a broken pipe. They also decided that taking my 14k rose gold champagne diamond ring worth over $1500 was suitable too, along with my rose gold watch. I am furious!! I have never had such a thing happen to me and a well known company like this does this! They said they are going to do some investigating, but I will be taking this matter MUCH further! Police has been notified and I will be calling channel 13 as well. You don't do this to another human being, especially since I am already devastated from my home being flooded! Do NOT trust this company and do NOT ever let them in your home when you are not there. They knew I was in a hotel so hard telling when they came to my house and took these items....I'm sure I will notice more belongings missing along the way..... STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Update. Watch that my deceased father gave me is missing as well. This company can burn in h*** for all I care! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!

They were good but I didn't like the way they finished my shower. I think there were poor connections so the water might go back again because of the opening. I had water damage two months back and the next company I used was much better. The owner was good though. They did help me out a lot because the insurance company didn't pay.  They gave me a discount. Different people came in to do the services. The one who did the wall was excellent.

They did a good job.  Took about an hour so they give me a discount from the two hours I purchased.

It was great.  I liked that they were very easy.  They stayed in contact with me through the whole thing.  They kept informed about what they were doing.  The work they did turned out great.  It looks beautiful.

The painting and caulking were done by subcontractors. I don't feel that the tile work was needed, I don't feel like they did what they were supposed to do. I think the painters were adequate but not the tile company. They trimmed around the baseboard and didn't do it properly. They let the caulking drain right down the sink and clogged it.

Thistle Construction did a very good job on our walls. The guys worked very quickly, and the wall looked like it did before the flood. They were very skilled at what they did and were very friendly. They cleaned up when they were done and didn t leave a mess behind. The insurance covered the cost of this repair.

I like the fact that they came to my home immediately and gave me a detailed estimate. They also explained to me the necessary steps to repair the damages. For as bad as things were, they did an incredible job in every aspect. They were always punctual and precise in there duties. I would not have any problems recommending them to anyone at all.
