I have used The Pro-Extractor previously as well as a couple days ago and he has always done a great job. I have been offered and quot;dealsand quot; from Angies List for carpet cleaning however, Mike's actual charge always seems to be about the same as the deals from the other business. But price isn't why I continue to use his service. He is thorough, professional, and personable. He calls before the scheduled appointment to let us know when he will arrive and he arrives on time. My carpets always look wonderful after he is done. My daughter and roommates lived in our house for a few years while my daughter was going to UNLV and we were out of state. When our hot water heater leaked and soaked the carpet, I called him and he was there immediately to help extract the water and set up fans. It is nice having someone you can depend on. I would highly recommend his business. .

I just can not say enough good thing about the way Mike and his wife work. They were professional, efficient and economic. We are seniors and can no longer clean our own carpets and we have to dogs who do not always have good manners. Mike was recommended by the HOA Management as they had cleaned the clubhouse and done a superb job. I called the number and they set up an appointment. They called that morning to confirm and gave us the exact time they would be there and arrived at the set time. Both went to work as soon as they explained how they worked. They completed the job in about an hour. You could see the difference in the rugs right away. They use steam, so the rugs will have to dry. One hour in and out, clean carpets at a reasonable price, what more can you ask? I will use them again, I am so pleased.

They have flexible hours and are very accommodating. Mike has great prices and good equipment to get those tough stains out and hard to reach areas.
