The Jack Woodcock Team @ Berkshire Hathaway HN

Description of Work: I spoke to Jack Woodcock about seeing a property he presumably had listed and he told me he would call me back that afternoon, 2 days and 3 subsequent calls to his office and no call back from Mr Woodcock. I then asked another agent to reach out to Mr Woodcock on my behalf as they clearly had no interest in showing the building to me. Enter Mr R.J. Welch, presumably from Jack Woodcocks office to show the building, he showed us two buildings one of which RJ Welch claimed he had direct access to the owner and he could make anything happen. So we went with it, and submitted an offer within hours of the viewing. We are now at day twenty one (21) as we wait patiently for a response to an offer we were supposed to hear back on according to RJ Welch the very next day, as he professed this great relationship with the owner and said he meeting with her the very next day at 5:30. Here is where it really gets interesting; while all this was happening RJ Welch putting us off and asking us to continue to wait for a response to our offer, Mr Woodcock and Mr Welch decided to market the building and place ads on craigslist of all places, real estate pro’s, I think not! I would have to assume to see if they could get another offer before replying to me. Which if your trying to squeeze every dime out of a trasaction that's fine, just don't keep me on the hook. I highly recommend not working with Mr Woodcock especially if has you deal the R.J. Welch as he is not to be TRUSTED. Don’t waste your time as I did
