+ -1 moreWe are very pleased with the price and the workmanship. They were my main contractor and they hired out the cabinet and granite installers, too. They basically make the job easy versus me going out and trying to find all those folks. They gave me selection for kitchen counters, kitchen cabinets and granite countertops.
Description of Work: Home Depot did the remodeling for my kitchen and gave me a much better price than other companies. They did the installation, the removal and whatever modifications that were needed.

+ -1 moreThey were less expensive than a lot of the other places I went to for pricing. They did an excellent job in installation and they were more than happy to help me pick out the granite. They sent me to a place where they buy their granite so i could look at the granite slabs. They were just very nice to work with. I was surprised because I checked a number of other people before I decided to try them. They made it less confusing, less pricey and I enjoyed working with the people there. I was surprised, really. I wasn't disappointed at all.
Description of Work: The Home Dept installed granite counter tops.

+ -1 moreWe fired them and are getting a new roof from another roofing company. We will let you know how that goes.
Description of Work: Kevin Forbus the sales man came out and sold us on a lifetime warranty for a new roof for an extra $3000. We figured it was worth it for the piece of mind. We have a flat roof; there is no such thing. He left us a warranty for a 20 year shingle roof. We don't have a shingle roof. They said we would have the new roof by Christmas. They called the day before to say that the whole crew would be on vacation until the 5th of January. They said they would then come over and cover our roof temporarily because of the rain and snow we were expecting. They never even called. When we complained to his supervisor (Mark Nord) he said Kevin is the top salesman in Las Vegas and that he has never had a complaint, this was just a mix up. If you have had him at your house check your warranty, he lies to get the sale, he works on 100% commission.

Description of Work: I called Home Depot from the website thinking that the company would contract professional installers for my backyard patio pavers. But I was wrong from April to June I called Home Depot to get a resolution because the contractor Southwestern Pavers wouldn't communicate with me. Home Depot was the middle man, but overall the could have tried harder to get a resolution to when the would be coming to install my pavers and how much Southwestern Pavers were charging me.
