That Extra Touch

They did a great job. Because of insurance, whenever I had some insurance damage the insurance company picked who it was and that?s all they do because they sold oriental rugs but I ended up last year going back to That Extra Touch because they do a better job.

My carpet they clean every year. My oriental rugs they clean as needed and usually that?s about every other year. And they do tile and grout and they do a great job on that too. But that?s again about every other year.

I like that they are local, came out on time and did a good job. They are reliable. The price was fair.

I have used this company before and will continue to do so. They are professional, punctual, and pay attention to detail. They took the Oriental rug with them and returned it when they had agreed to, with the rug in great condition. They spot treated my carpet and thoroughly cleaned it with better results than I have had with so many companies in the past.

I have used them in the past for other projects, so when I had my outside furniture cleaned I knew who to go to. It did take longer to receive my things back, however, the hold up could have been from the sewing work that needed to be done. I will use them again and again.

I was very very impressed with the company. They were punctual and I was very happy with them.

It went well, I never actually met with the person but I was there after they were done and the work was good. I know the price was fair.

I have used a lot of carpet companies that advertise by room and when they give the estimate they say that the room is too large. With That Extra Touch, you are given a straight $.32 a square foot for the carpet cleaning and $.18 a square foot for the protector. There are no surprises or extra charges, you choose what you want done. They have always been on time and Finees, the employee is professional.

The people at Extra Touch have been cleaning our carpet, upholstery, area rugs and tile and grout for nine (9) years. You have to be very much satisfied with a company's service and integrity to continue to use their services over that lengthy period of time. Their process is similar to other steam/extraction carpet cleaning companies, but they use above-average care in accomplishing the cleaning process; i.e., good cleaning products, careful and effective cleaning techniques, and protection of your property in the process.

It went great. I dropped off the cushions, they told me when they would be ready, I picked them up and they were clean. Good price, good service, very good overall.

That Extra Touch did a pretty good job for us on our furniture. They got most of the stains out of our chairs. I just thought they probably could have done a little bit better job than they did. They did try to get the stains out though.

That Extra Touch did a good job on our carpets. We didn't have any major stains; however, they did do a good job removing several spots in the high traffic areas. I felt that they had satisfactory service as they offered to move the furniture if I wanted them to. They finished in a timely manner.
