They did a good job. Their price was competitive. The quality was good but they may upgrade their cleaning equipment. When I ask them questions, they are always there right away. They are just very nice. It's a small company. The owner of the company is one of the team. I've been using them for a long time.

Just another Vegas no-talent hack. Used steam on our heavy wool carpet after being asked not to do so. So, rather than clean the carpets he actually "set" the stains by using steam. Also did a rush job, even when asked to take his time. Will not be using him again. Is hard to get a hold of also, very amaturish company-par the course for Las Vegas.

Everything about this company was great. He made an appointment on short notice, was on time, did an outstanding work, was very neat and unobtrusive, and charged a fair rate.

He did a fantastic job, he was here for 2 hours. It seemed a bit expensive, but the work he did was great. The couch and chair were totally COVERED in pet hair.

My carpet is clean. They take their time to do the job and make sure it's done correctly. No pushy sales when they were in my house. On time. Did a great job!! I will definitely be calling them next time.

We were very happy with the service and the carpet looks great. The price was very reasonable for the amount of carpet they cleaned. There weren't any problems and we plan to use this company again to clean the carpet.
