The worst! I had Sondra out to get designs for a pool gate almost 4 months before I needed the gate. It wasn't for 2.5 months after a number of calls and text I get a super basic design from her and it was nothing that we had discussed. Maybe because it was so long for her to get a design she had forgotten everything. When I my pool company calls her to tell her we need the gate install, she hadn't started it and was in Japan and didn't care. They had to install a temp gate for the inspection because she had dropped the ball. They finally install the gate when I am out of town. The gate wasn't right. The lock was in the wrong spot, the backing was missing screws. Oh and the design wasn't even right. The best part. She then sends me an invoice for $1,500 when I am on vacation. She never picks up the phone to tell me the cost before the install, never a text message from her about the cost. She just installs it and sends the invoice. She claims she told me months ago, but as you can see from the attached, nothing was signed off. After the first visit, Sondra's communication is the worst. If she wasn't recommended by the pool company, I would have never used TIG Works. The quality of work is trash, her delivery is trash, the experience is trash. The only nice part about the situation was I was holding the money for 3 months till I figured out what I wanted to do with the gate and she with her same communication would only text me every 2 months about it. Do yourself a favor and find someone else for your project because the experience is not worth it with these people.

"Sorry to hear that you feel this way for matters out of our control. When we met in February earlier this year we discussed that with the existing gate location being the access to the backyard for the construction of the pool we would not be able to get accurate measurements for the fabrication of the upgraded gate design which looked like your neighbors across the street until the masonry pilaster was re-installed and the pavers were complete. This did not occur until March 29/30. On April 2nd we were able to take measurements to fabricate your upgraded gate design and provided a temporary pool code gate at no cost to you to get thru the building department inspections so you could complete the pool project. The week of April 22nd there was so much construction activity blocking the gate opening iwth other contractors it took 3 trips to be able to install your new gate on April 25th. We have made offers on several occasions if you are not happy with your new gate we would be willing to return your pool code gate. We have never received a response from you as to which direction you would prefer. After reading your review we looked at the pictures we took after installation and noticed we did miss a screw attaching the solid backing to the gate and would be more than happy to return and complete this for you."

Results were great. Probably best measure of work were unsolicited comments by masonry contractor who commented that it was very good work and they didn't cut any corners.

We were excited about have access through our new block wall so I began researching iron gate companies based on reviews and got three quotes from different companies. I choose TIG Works because of how receptive Sondra was about my ideas about the gate I wanted, which was nothing exotic or crazy. I just wanted a quality pool compliant gate that looked nice and did not break the bank. Sondra had her guys come out, who arrived a bit late from the scheduled time, and installed the iron gate with no problem. The guys were friendly and approachable.

My gate was damaged sunday afternoon.The upper hinge of one of the gates was sheared out of it's attach point of the block wall.It allows access to my backyard which has a pool.My HOA called me the next morning asking when the gate would be repaired.I was at work so I went to Angies list and called TIG Works.I spoke with Sondra who said she could come out to estimate the damage and if she could fix it she would.I called her late afternoon for an update and was surprised to find out she had fixed the gate.Her office hours did not allow me to pay her that day so she said mail her a check.I came home, found the gate re-attached and was very happy.TIG Works trusted me to send payment which I did.The liability of having an unsecure pool gate is huge but Sondra eliminated the problem quickly.I highly encourage any one with gate issues to use TIG Works.

Called TGI Works to design a fence with an entrance door to enclose the front courtyard of the house. We wanted the enclosure not only for security reasons but an area that our cats could wonder outside and still be secured. We hired Wallace and Sondra about a year ago to do a replacement gate to the backyard entrance and also a security door to the front door entrance. The new structure's color and design matches the existing ones to a tea.
They did an excellent job as usual. The design and color match perfectly.
We highly recommend TGI Works!! They are extremely hard working and honest business people. They go above and beyond to please their customers. Their prices are very reasonable and competitive. If we ever need this type of service again, we will definitely call them. Thank you so much for a job very well done Wallace and Sondra!! I will add they are very creative too!

"The original work on [member name removed]'s fence was contracted on June 2, 2011. All work was completed and passed the Homeowners Association inspection. The Total for this contract was $2970.00. The Second Phase of was was contracted on March 8, 2013 for the amount of $125.00 which was a modification to the side panel to incorporate gate access. Due to the training of employees it is possible that your request was overlooked and in the event we do appologize. It is our intensions to provide the best service as possible"

Got a quote from Sondra (owner) last week and made an appointment for last Saturday. The installation went very smoothly and professionally. Took about an hour since her person came well prepared.

They came within 24 hours of my call. Very professional and sincere. Pointed out a couple of repairs in addition to what the competitors identified. Price was 30% less and very good workmanship.
