I’m leaving a review after a fantastic service performed by Marvelis, Osmani, and Yessica at my house. They arrived on time with all necessary equipment, were quick and efficient (& by the way made my house immaculate!), and beyond professional. Great service!!

Alexa and Carlos were my cleaners. They were excellent and did an outstanding job. My home looked and smelled clean. The window spray Carlos used on my front glass door still smelled flowery for several days.

The team from Superb Maids did a great job. They came out on the same day and cleaned the house top to bottom and inside drawers and cabinets. The workers were pleasant and cheerful, even after several hours of hard work. Thanks!

The team showed up on time, were friendly, and a pleasure to have in my home. They did the usual thorough job of cleaning all floors, polishing, and dusting. In Las Vegas where dust is ubiquitous, it all gets carried out in some form or another. And the fragrance left behind is a pleasure and lasts for days. Thank you Superb Maids!!

Ernestine and Nicole were both wonderful. Earlier then expected. A good thing. They asked a few questions and started working immediately. I was thrilled with the results. Maria and Miriam were right on time, very friendly and professional. They asked if I had any specific cleaning requests and then did an amazing job. My home is cleaner than it’s ever been. Between the attention to detail, the friendly demeanor and excellent service I will absolutely be using Maria and Miriam and Superb Maids again.

Very well. They left it sparkling clean without breaking a thing.they followed my instructions to the letter.They came understanding my needs and did what I asked. They were relaxed and they put me at ease. It was like having family coming to help me. I want same girls if I can get them from now on. Just so relieved as I have had terrible past experiences...

Please read to the end. I filled out an online form for the cleaning that was required. 1st day 2 maids came and let me know this was their second house that day. Didn’t seem to know deep clean requested and asked if master bathroom was included. They cleaned for awhile, one in master bedroom and bath area, the other in kitchen. Brittany in kitchen wanted to show me pictures of other places she had cleaned. When I reminded her there was another bathroom she said only one was included and the phone calls to her supervisor began. It was apparent to me there had been miscommunication as to what was supposed to be done. She told me several times there was a time limit they could be there and I said I had paid for a completed clean house. More phone calls to complain to her supervisor, less cleaning. At one point she went into master bedroom to complain about everything either on the phone or to other maid or both. She didn’t know my 16 year old grandson was in the bathroom at the time. They couldn’t complete the cleaning that day because of time limitations. The following day Eugena came to finish cleaning and a short time later her supervisor came to help. They completed the rest of the house without complaints and made sure we were completely satisfied. That’s why the A rating.

The ladies, Ernestine, Michelle and Kaylon were awesome professionals. They were efficient and thorough. I was impressed with their work.

Move-in cleaning was great. Prompt and efficient.

I've always been well satisfied with the result but the past two months I have had Ernestine, and Kayla as my cleaning team. They have far exceeded even what I've become used to expecting from Superb Maids, these girls do such an outstanding job I cannot say enough about their work. they are famdamtastic!!

Much better than expected. Roland and Janet arrived with a smile and were not deterred by my grossly neglected home. They went to task detailing and after two hours I realized there was no way they could finish the first day. The company was more then happy to accommodate me with this first class team for the next day. I was afraid to book for the extras because I got disappointed by numerous cleaners before. Wow. .....I found my elves and will have them back every month. Thank you Roland and Janet you were the best birthday present ever!!! Superbmaids you rock!

I am incredibly impressed by the attention to detail. The bathrooms, the fixtures, the window and doors sills, the blinds, the ceiling fan blades, the kitchen, the appliances, everything was completely and thoroughly cleaned to a level that you would expect from a high end, professional, industrial cleaning service. If you spend a few minutes on their website, you can tell how serious and experienced this operation is. This is the kind of professionalism I've been looking for in a cleaning service, and their work is nothing short of phenomenal. As long as the consistency is there with each cleaning, Superb Maids will have me as a regular customer for a very long time. Fantastic Service! Worth every penny. I had a move out, with windows and power wash of a very dirty laundry room and garage floor. NO Dirt was left! The property shined!

They did an excellent job. My house smelled clean and looked even better.

Filled out a form letting them know what service I needed. There was a bit of a miscommunication of how large my home was so more time was needed. It was all sorted out and the house cleaners did a great job cleaning the house. My quote also included windows, which is why I chose this company. It really made it more convenient for me. Very happy with the service and would recommend them.

This was my first time using a cleaning service, scheduling the service was easy and I received plenty of reminders about the upcoming appointment. Stephanie and Irene arrived at the beginning of the appointment window and were happy to answer any questions I had. They focused on the areas I requested during the initial walk through, but there was a great attention to detail in every room. After the cleaning was over my apartment looked better than when I first moved in! I will be recommending Superb Maids to anyone even if they only need some extra cleaning in their home and will gladly be a repeat customer in the future.

I was sent three professional cleaners that need NO supervision and got right to work They did an excellent job!

Exceptional team, led by a wonderful woman. Her team of three brought my new house (with 20 years of someone else's dirt) to like-new feeling. They scrubbed, sanitized and polished EVERYTHING. Worth every penny of their move-in package. On-time, professional, kind and pretty close to perfect.

I was very, very pleased with the cleaning services provided by Superb Maids and will definitely hire them again. I had originally schedule a cleaning for the Saturday before Easter but one of the cleaning crew who was to tend to our house was injured during an accident the day of. As such, I was texted and received a call in regards to rescheduling. I know some people would be upset by something like this, but accidents happen and I appreciated the straightforward communication and proactive efforts to contact me via multiple methods. We rescheduled for the Monday two days later. Our cleaners were Andrea and Mark. They were extremely friendly upon arrival and paid close attention as I showed them around the house. They had a few questions which showed that they actually cared about doing a good job. We have a small dachshund and they greeted him with joy - I know this is a small thing, but it is something I like to see when vendors come to our house. We left the premises while the cleaning was happening and returned 3.5 hours later. The team was finishing up - I saw Mark on his hands and knees scrubbing the tile underneath our futon to ensure that every last spec of dust was gone. I saw Andrea diligently working on our range grates, an attention to detail I've seldom seen. We were extremely satisfied with the state of our house after the cleaners left. The floor sparkled (we have tile throughout so it is a big job to clean), the bathrooms were great, and they even folded our hand towels into hearts in our master bathroom. Again, this is a small thing but I really appreciated it. Again, we will definitely use Superb Maids's services again and will almost certainly specifically request Andrea and Mark. They were great and we were extremely satisfied.
