Alexa and Carlos were my cleaners. They were excellent and did an outstanding job. My home looked and smelled clean. The window spray Carlos used on my front glass door still smelled flowery for several days.

The team from Superb Maids did a great job. They came out on the same day and cleaned the house top to bottom and inside drawers and cabinets. The workers were pleasant and cheerful, even after several hours of hard work. Thanks!

The team showed up on time, were friendly, and a pleasure to have in my home. They did the usual thorough job of cleaning all floors, polishing, and dusting. Ernestine and Nicole were both wonderful. Earlier then expected. A good thing. They asked a few questions and started working immediately. I was thrilled with the results. I'd like to thank Superb Maids and the following ladies, Irasema, Laura C, Laura I, and Tania for doing such a great job getting our house picture ready. They all worked extremely hard and were all very professional. I would highly recommend Superb Maids for all of your cleaning needs. We put our house up for sale on 10/18 and by 10/21 we had 3 offers! We accepted and officially closed on our house 11/8/2019.

I've finally found my crew! Kalyn and Reyna! Highly recommend. These girls are great! I love how thorough they are, they don't just clean around things. They clean under and over things. They are super sweet! We've had some ups and downs trying to find the right team, but Superb Maids is very responsive and will make it right. They will either send a team to re-clean, or credit your bill. They will keep trying until they get it right! It's more than I've paid in the past and more than my other neighbors pay, but if my house gets clean, then it's worth it. They have always been on time and the communication is Superb!

Please read to the end. I filled out an online form for the cleaning that was required. 1st day 2 maids came and let me know this was their second house that day. Didn’t seem to know deep clean requested and asked if master bathroom was included. They cleaned for awhile, one in master bedroom and bath area, the other in kitchen. Brittany in kitchen wanted to show me pictures of other places she had cleaned. When I reminded her there was another bathroom she said only one was included and the phone calls to her supervisor began. It was apparent to me there had been miscommunication as to what was supposed to be done. She told me several times there was a time limit they could be there and I said I had paid for a completed clean house. More phone calls to complain to her supervisor, less cleaning. At one point she went into master bedroom to complain about everything either on the phone or to other maid or both. She didn’t know my 16 year old grandson was in the bathroom at the time. They couldn’t complete the cleaning that day because of time limitations. The following day Eugena came to finish cleaning and a short time later her supervisor came to help. They completed the rest of the house without complaints and made sure we were completely satisfied. That’s why the A rating.

fantastic, I have used multiple house cleaning services through the years, but none came close to Superb Maids. I not only use Superb Maids monthly, I also engaged their service to prepare my last home when I decided to sell and than clean my current home after moving in. Much better than expected. Roland and Janet arrived with a smile and were not deterred by my grossly neglected home. They went to task detailing and after two hours I realized there was no way they could finish the first day. The company was more then happy to accommodate me with this first class team for the next day. I was afraid to book for the extras because I got disappointed by numerous cleaners before. I am incredibly impressed by the attention to detail. The bathrooms, the fixtures, the window and doors sills, the blinds, the ceiling fan blades, the kitchen, the appliances, everything was completely and thoroughly cleaned to a level that you would expect from a high end, professional, industrial cleaning service. If you spend a few minutes on their website, you can tell how serious and experienced this operation is. This is the kind of professionalism I've been looking for in a cleaning service, and their work is nothing short of phenomenal. As long as the consistency is there with each cleaning, Superb Maids will have me as a regular customer for a very long time. This was the second time I used Superb Maids for a home cleaning. I was not home when the two cleaners arrived, buy my husband said they arrived in the first half of the expected arrival window. We spent most of the time in the back yard while the cleaning was happening to try to stay out of their way. They were at our house (2200 square feet with three beds and four baths) for just over three hours. The cleaning was perfect. Everything was dusted, wiped down, smelled nice, etc. The towels, toilet paper, and tissues were all displayed in cute hotel-like ways. My stainless steel appliances were crystal clear, I have no idea how they did it, but they never looked so clean. We have three cats, so a bit of cat hair around, and they patiently cleaned it all. They wiped all the blinds and windows, and our glass doors to the back yard. The house was so clean, I almost didn't want to touch anything and ruin it! I will definitely be using Superb Maids on a routine basis and I would recommend them to anyone wanting a great clean and also good communication and easy scheduling (appointments made online and confirmations sent via email and text, perfect!)
