I spoke with the office regarding our need to remove solar coils so that we could re-roof the house. We were hoping to put them back afterwards as the system was still functional. Sean came out and gave us an idea of what that would cost and suggested that we would be better off with a new system as the old one would likely crack when trying to put it back since it was quite old. Later Suntrek's salesman, DJ Delton, came out and gave us a proposal for a new system. The price was reasonable and we decided to go that way. Both parts of the job were done right on time as scheduled and they cleaned up everything at the end. The solar heating for our pool has never been better and we LOVE the automatic controller which turns it off and on depending on the conditions.

Mr. DJ Delton and an Associate from SUNTREK showed up on time for our initial meeting. They were both professional in appearance and in the knowledge that they easily imparted upon my wife and I. Everything that needed to be done would be coordinated with the Roofing company.
Upon the signing of a contract with us for a reasonable amount of compensation, a date for removal of the old system was established. They arrived that date, did their work quickly, efficiently, and safely. They removed all debris themselves and left my property cleaner than they found it.
After coordination with the roofing company the Suntrek folks set a date for the installation of the new system. This morning as scheduled, the crew arrived and installed our new solar pool heater onto the metal rods they placed while the roof was being put up. Their work was quick, quiet, and done safely. The workers were pleasant and answered any questions we asked while they worked.
The system is now in full operation and looks great. I am sure this will last longer than my former system did.
All in all this was a pleasant experience from start to finish. I will recommend them to others and I will definitely use their services again.

The two men arrived on time and the removal of the panels went quickly. When I questioned the high price of the removal I was referred to Amanda in the office. She was very nice and contacted the corporate office but they were firm on their price. I decided not to have the panels put back on as it was an additional $1,200 with no guarantee for the remainder of the 15 year warranty. The panels were only 6 years old.

I had some leaks in the solar panels (to heat my pool) on my roof. I called and they were able to send someone out that same day. The technician called me promptly with a report on the damage and a firm price on what it would cost to fix it. The repair seems to have been done properly; I have had no additional problems. The office staff was pleasant, helpful and efficient. I was pleased with the speed of response to my problem. However, the repairman left a mess behind. Pieces of pipe and some type of brackets were left on my front lawn, the gate to the pool area was left ajar and the pool pump timer was not re-set to its normal operation. Office staff was apologetic and offered to come clean up the mess, but of course I had already removed all the garbage. I do wonder, when I see sloppiness, if the repair was done just as sloppily. I want to emphasize that I have not noticed any additional problems, so it seems the repair was done correctly, but still - I really wonder about that kind of work.

I made an appointment for 8:00-9:00 for Monday April 30th. I called at 9:10 and got corporate. Corporate took my name and phone number and said someone would call. At 9:50 the repair men showed up at my door. I asked why they didn't call first as I requested. They told me they did call but got no answer. The time they supposedly called was 4 minutes before I called corporate. They did not call. I was walking around with the phone in my hand between 8:30 and 9:30 waiting for them to call. They did the necessary repairs to my existing solar panel and told me there were no guarantees because of the age of the panels. I told them that was okay to do the repairs anyway. They also told me that to replace the panels (5- 4x10 panels) would cost at least $3,000.00. In addition to the $165.00 service call, they added an additional $25.00 for the 12 plugs ($3.00 each) they used to plug the leaks. Overall, The experience started bad and ended bad in my opinion. I would not recommend Suntrek to anyone and I will never use their services again.

Overall, Suntrek is outstanding. Their product is more expensive than most, and they will tell you that upfront, but their quality cannot be beat. The installers are extremely courteous and professional. All of my concerns before/during/after installation were promptly addressed. Best of all, my system performs better than expected - we started swimming at least a month earlier this year than we did last year. Thank you Suntrek!

I have a rental home so I have really no idea what is going on there. My realtor called me and said that water was pouring over the roof so I had the pool guy turn off the solar for the winter. I called Suntrek and they said it was an automatic 100 an something for the service call and would let me know if it would be more. The most wonderful thing was that whatever was wrong fell under their service call price and I was not charged more. Most companies that know you are in another state and have no idea what they are doing would totally take advantage but I was so excited when everything was fixed and the only charge to my credit card was the service call charge. Call me crazy but as an out of state homeowner with renters this was totally refreshing!!!!

All went well. Friendly workers who will come back in Spring to check system and get it started.

They were very professional and they did everything they said they were going to do. Everything has worked fine and I would recommend them.

Everything they did was excellent including the service and cleanup. They were on time and spoke English. The price was good in comparison to the first time I had it done. They did an excellent job.

The Suntrek personnel arrived in the time window specified and we conversant in english. They were very professional and were able to inspect and repair several leaks in our solar panels in about 30 minutes. Suntrek wanted a payment of $149.00 on our credit card before they would schedule the service, but that was at least $100 less than United Solar, Inc wanted. They completed the repair and no additional payment was required.

Our representative, Reese, was on time for the estimate and on the day of install they were there exactly when they said they would be. This company excels in customer service. We were amazed at how well they respond to their customers. Every question or concern we had they took care of. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Customer service/satisfaction is hard to find in Vegas, but this company definitely goes the extra mile.

Suntrek came highly recommended by Lifeguard Pool and Spas. I was very happy with the work they did and it works great. They installed the system properly in about one day, and I haven't had any problems with my solar heating system.
