They're extremely good at pruning. They're wonderful at pruning. Very neat and tidy. Very prompt. They're a little pricey but they do a nice job. I've been using them for some years.

Jim Falcone and his crew arrived on on time and went right to work. I visited the work site several times during the day and he always had time for questions. Best  of all, he  communicated without trade  related jargon so I had a very clear understand of what was going on in every step. Jim, unlike many in the area, is a licensed arborist. They are well versed  in all sorts of plant and landscape care, as a matter of  fact, Jim and his crew are now our go to business for everything related  to trees,  plants, landscaping design, landscape maintenance, and sprinkler care.
If I can figure out  how to  do pictures, I will edit this write-up.

Crew arrived on time, were professional and explained what they were doing clearly.

They do good work. I think that he is an excellent tree guy. His name is Jim Falcone; I have used him for the past five years. I call him when I need him, I call about every 2 years and he comes and does a great job. He does everything according to Angie’s standards. He is a licensed arborist, he knows it all, and he has reasonable prices. I used him in April and he is going to be removing a 60-foot tree out of the front yard. He is personable and will take the time to explain to me what kind of tree it is and what it is going to do to your property and what it is going to do to your neighbor’s property and the best time to trim it. He is all about trees. He is right on time.

Jim Falcone is a certified Arborist who seems to be more than a little impressed with himself. He did excellent work, but his fees are excessive and his attitude is horrid. From the first moment we met he belittled all of his Arborist competition in town (I suppose to puff himself up in my eyes.) He told me that he had been thrown out of some kind of group or stadium event for being scrappy (I guess that should have given me a clue!). He charged $85.00 just to come out to the house for a "consultation." At least he told me about the consultation fee, but he did NOT tell me that he was going to charge me 15 minutes labor for "preparing his typed report" (a report I could type in less than 3 minutes). He charged me $21.25 just to e-mail me his typed invoice! I would have happily taken a hand scribbled piece of paper on site to avoid that fee. He also did NOT tell me he was going to charge extra travel time of $12.50 when they came to do the work. The reason I have scored Jim Falcone low is because he has the absolute worst attitude I have ever met in a man in business with the public. After paying him nearly $400.00, I called twice to ask him some questions on what he had done in the landscape. The first phone call he told me that "I should charge you for every minute of my time you waste on the phone. Didn't you listen to me when I was over there?" On the second phone call he said "You are the neediest person I have ever met." This man knew I was a 100% Disabled Veteran and belittled me even after getting paid so much money. Basically, this man has a God-Complex and expects all his customers to kowtow to his every word and action and not to have any questions. You got questions, you got problems. What I don't understand is that my husband asked him two questions as well, but he didn't take the attitude with my husband. It could be he's just sexist and hates women, or maybe I was his ex-wife in another life and he just didn't like me from moment one, but he shouldn't have taken my money. So for Arrogance and Attitude, this man rates an "F" with me. If you want to support a man with such character flaws as long as he does a good job, please be my guest. His work is good, if not overpriced, and hey, you get belittled in pure home grown English...which is certainly hard to find in landscapers these days.

Will never use due to unprofessionalism.

Sunrise Tree & Landscape cleaned up so well after trimming my tree that you can't even tell that they had been there. I felt they were reasonably priced. I was satisfied with the trimming they did on our tree. I have used them for several years to seasonally trim my tree and have referred them to friends.
