It was terrible. They have put shutters in two homes for us. The first time, things went well. We were happy with the quality and work, so when we moved again, we called the same company to install our shutters again. This second time was awful!!! The owner moved to Utah and has left his company here in the hands of the most incompetent people. The girl that answers the phone can barely put a sentence together, never the less help with any questions. I had to harass them every couple of days to even find out when my product was coming in because it was way over the 6 weeks they told me it would be. My appointment was in the morning and they showed up late afternoon after I called. Then, when one of the shutters broke in the house they never guaranteed their product as they said they would. My shutter is still broke and the company won't even return my calls or come and to fix it. I even called the main office in Utah and still, no response. I joined this sight specifically to write this review. I would never use this company or recommend it again.

. They did a decent job. They are good and they are reliable. We did interview some other companies but we picked this company. We found them on Angies List. We would use them in the future.
