Movers were 6.5 hours late and came from doing a move in another state. They were tired. One was slamming my furniture around, scratched a dresser, banged an indent in the bedroom door I had to fix to get my rental money back, and then he completely broke one side of a desk off. In the new house the carpet was not covered and black marks were left on the carpet by the rubber wheels on the dollys. They gave me 15% off the move to cover the replacement of the desk and the other damage that had been done, but did not deduct the $100 deposit fee. When I contacted them, they said they would take care of, but did not. I left repeated messages and voice mails and they still have not credited the $100 and it's been 6 months.

I contacted Summerlin Movers to help me move my company exhibit box from one Las Vegas conference to another conference location. The company owner was prompt in responding to my email inquiry regarding the move logistics and provided me with very competitive pricing. We hired Summerlin Movers and they picked up our exhibit box on time and delivered it to the new conference location with no issues. Our mover Jeff kept me up to date on the move via text messages. The move was completed with absolutely no issues and on budget! I am extremely pleased with my experience with Summerlin Movers and have rated them with a 5 star review.

NEVER HIRE THESE GUYS! They were hired to move a $4000. fountain 1 mile. They loaded it in the truck but didn't secure it probably and it fell over, breaking the base in half, before they got a 1/4 of a mile. They will only pay what their insurance will give them, .60 per lb. and they are only weighting the broken part, so $600, obviously way less than what we paid for it. The rest of the fountain is useless without the base and that part can not be replaced. We tried to work with them to find a replacement but there just isn't one that fits. We found comparable fountain and was able to get it wholesale for half the value $2000. But they refused and then said that we should be happy they didn't charge us for the move! Also they strung us along saying they would take care of us, for 72 days! These guys are very unprofessional and a total rip off. I had to give them one star because there wasn't a ZERO star option.

Summerlin Movers (Gerald the owner) came highly recommended by two respected sources and they did not disappoint. The well staffed crew were punctual, efficient and NEVER complained regarding the scope of the project. The men worked hard and often inquired if there were additional items to be packed and moved. Very satisfied with the level of customer service Summerlin Movers provided. I was facing challenges of moving from Denver to Las Vegas and I had to reschedule with Summerlin Movers numerous times due to painting, new carpet, home repairs, and delays from receiving my U-Packs. Summerlin Movers was very understanding of my situation and was very patient and flexible to where I could finally move in. I am now settled into my new home and I have Summerlin Movers to thank for that with excellent customer service. Highly Recommend!

Started with issues as I reserved 3 people for 3 hours. Was only provided 2 movers that were over an hour late. After the move was finished, started to unpack and found that not only were boxes marked fragile with arrows showing the top upside down, but they were stacked under boxes marked heavy. Had 3 broken family heirloom's, also my wife's jewelry cabinet that her deceased grandmother gave her was broken. We actually watched the movers bump it on the truck lift and heard the crack as it broke the wood and tore off the hinges. Was told I would receive a call to "figure" out a solution. Never received a call.

It was a terrible experience. From the unorganized crew to the terrible placement of items in the unit. They charged me more than agreed, and for a volume they quoted me, I had to end up getting a storage unit twice the size, as it was terribly planned. I gave them a schematic of how I wanted the items to be moved and stored, and they TOTALLY ignored it. They also called the police on me when I refused to pay an amount I did not agree to, and what was not quoted me. For a job that should have been 3 hours & one load, it took them 5 hours with 2 half truckloads of my items.

We can’t control someone who’s drinking the whole move dropping beer all over the floor while the guys are working in your house by the front door making it an unsafe environment. In addition, your wife told us you had a studio size apartment worth of furniture, so will take the blame for not coming out to check if that was true or not. We called the police because not only did you not pay the bill you hit a car inside of a storage unit parking lot putting other people life in danger because you want to drink and drive. Sorry we couldn’t satisfy you. Just wish you would tell the whole truth you knew from the beginning you didn’t want to pay the bill even wanted a deal on your storage unit at beyond storage and the manager said he couldn’t do that. Well you got what you want a free move. May god bless you for that! Thanks"

Evening Jeff~ I just wanted to write to tell you and Gerald~Thank you, for the wonderful and highly professional job they did for me on Friday~ Gerald and RaShon took such good care to lay down padding on my custom floors, while beautifully wrapping an all-glass China Cabinet as well as a delicate Grandfather Clock~ I have moved many times in our 25 military years and (our first Grandfather Clock was broken in the move from Germany), this clock was a replacement after 42 years~ While, at my age, I won't be moving again, I would call on Gerald and team without hesitation~ Thank you all for making this such a stress-free move as well as their lovely personalities! Gerald's kindness in helping me get into the house (I fell down the 3rd floor stairs on Tuesday and tore my kneecap) didn't go unnoticed as well~~ Sincerely~ Kat Miller Las Vegas, NV
