Sudden Impact is awesome! Friendly office and technicians- always able to reach them even in an after hours bee emergency. Very responsive. They are always on time, very knowledgeable, and the best part -no bugs !! We have used them for years as do all of our family here in the valley. Family owned and operated business - great peeps!

I love this company! Family owned and managed. Sudden Impact is very responsive and customer friendly. They ask and listen to what your pest control needs and or problems are around the home. They will even come back for a free spray if you see any little critters in between sprays ( I haven't yet though). Katelyn who is our "control person" is awesome and great with our three rowdy dogs. This company really goes above and beyond for us.

They do a really good job, the company before them sucked! I don't know he price is really good for when they come in and do the entire complex. They do the backyard and the inside. I don't even have a contract with them so I don't have to use them in December, January, and February when I don't really need it; it just works out so well! The quality is very good. When she came down and sprayed I was very surprised. She was thorough and even did my walls. I think the price is lower because they do the entire complex. I was very pleased with Sudden Impact. They are on it!

When I move into this house, there were scorpions, so, I called them. They were real good. The price was really good. Never had a trouble with them.

Awesome company that I have had for the last 11 years...They are always on time, call the night before they come to make sure it is still on as scheduled...Never had any issues to speak of...If I have had an ant problem or something that just comes up during rainy season, they will make a special trip to accommodate my need. Will continue to use them as they are excellent, professional. and prompt with there service. They attend classes to keep themselves informed and up to date on the lastest things out and also do bed bugs now...Highly reccommend.

I have been consistenly pleased with their monthly service. They always call the day before their visit to inform me that they are coming and they are always friendly and polite when they call. If I have any questions or concerns, they are extremely helpful. Also, they always leave a postcard if I am not home to tell me that they have been there to complete their service. Their pricing is quite reasonable. I am satisfied with their work. They are prompt and always call the night before to inform me that they would be in the neighborhood. They come when they say they are going to and do the job. I would use them again in the future.

I spent $30 a month on that service. They spray the perimeter of the house and inside of the house. They have just done basic pest control. They are always on time and they always do the job right. I have never had any problems, but if I do have a problem they come out for free. My neighbor had the same company, so I decided to use them.

We just don't have to do call backs and they seemed to have all my problems down pat. For instance, they know what my seasonal problems might be in terms of insects and pests. Plus they keep track if anything unusual being reported or happening (like a wet season or particularly dry). We just absolutely have not had a problem. The first day that we moved into our house my husband set a small package down on a kitchen and the entire room became alive with ants. We absolutely freaked out and we called the Realtor to ask what to do. She suggested these people. They call ahead even though we have a standard time set, just in case. They make sure that our schedule is clear. If we are not going to be home or can't accommodate that someone automatically calls from the office to reschedule. It's never more than a day and a half or two days before someone then does come out.

Sudden Impact is a family owned pest control service and I have used their pest control service for about five years. The company is professional, punctual, and knowledgeable in pest problems and I have recommended their services to many of my friends. They spray monthly for ants, spider s, cockroaches and any other pest we have a concern about. We did have a past problem with mice, we called they came right out and set traps around our house. Sudden impact stands behind there work and we never have a problem with bugs.

We've been using this company for three years, and if we ever call them in between their monthly visits and see bugs, they will come out immediately at no charge. In fact, the last time they came was when we saw some ants. They always show up on time and call us to tell us they're coming beforehand. We're very pleased with them.
