I called Star Chem-Dry and spoke with Joy. She was very pleasant and set up and appointment with me for a 3 bedroom condo. I was just doing the bedrooms and hallway at this time, as I have constuction work in progress in the kitchen. I had some addition questions, and Joy transfered the call to Wade, the owner. He was an exceptionally nice, informative and specific with the questions I asked. Joshua arrived in a timely manner. What a fantastic technician! Very personable, plus he did a great job on my carpets. I highly reccomend Star Chem-Dry and I do thank them!

They arrived promptly. Explained what they would be doing. Both days work was done efficiently and well. I found one place where a small amount of soil seemed to remain. For the number of rooms and services done that was insignificant,

They do a good job and they are punctual. They are clean, protect everything and clean up. I feel comfortable with them in my house. Other places might be cheaper, but I'll take good over cheap any day.

ALL COMPANIES SHOULD BE RUN THIS WELL. I CALLED IN THE MORNING AND JOSH AND ERIC CAME THAT SAME DAY. THEY SQUEEZED ME IN BETWEEN TWO BIG JOBS. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID A GREAT JOB. THE RUGS DRIED IN A COUPLE OF HOURS.

This company did a very good job of cleaning my carpet. The young man that came to do the work was efficient and clean looking. He didn't try to push me into trying and doing the other offers that he suggested. He did what he was asked to do and was professional in his manner. It was the best carpet cleaning that I have had in about thirty years.

I had a very bad experience with Star Chem, as they rushed their service. They sprayed so quickly, that they ruined a couch I had in the living room. The couch was stained beyond repair, but in all fairness, I didn't call them back to get compensated for it. I won't be using them again, even though their price was within the range I thought it should be.

"Our records indicate that we cleaned carpet as well as a sofa and love seat for this customer in October 2006 with no problems noted. Perhaps a different company was use in 2007. It makes no sense that this customer would file a report on work done 7 months earlier and it is our guess that this customer had work done by a different company yet thought it was us."

My biggest beef was that they were suppose to use a truck mounted system. When they came they unloaded all their equipment and brought it into the house. They proceeded to tell us that their truck broke down and brought a different system. The system they brought was "suppose" to clean just as well as the other one. No one called us to explain that. If we weren't going out of town and hadn't moved all our furniture we would have refused their service. The service man had my husband sign the paper work before the work was done. They did not vacuum first. They didn't pre spot. They left water on the floor in the bathroom. They left black marks on the walls and we felt the worker had an attitude. Good points: They charged us $80 less than the quote b/c they used a different system.

"This tech is no longer with our company. The tech should have vacuumed and pre spotted the carpet. Black marks on the walls and attitude from the tech are unacceptable to us. We have very high standards we guarantee our work and if not done to the customers satisfaction we return until the service is done right. We seldom have to return for customer satisfaction. Most of our customers are repeat and our database is over 28000 strong. At 28000-customer base we have had in 28 years of service only one complaint to the Better Business Bureau."

Joshua was 5 minutes early for the appointment, easy going, professional, very knowledgeable regarding maintaining the quality of the carpets- gave some good ideas regarding products, etc.

I have used Chem Dry to clean my carpets for many years. Their staff is friendly and professional when in my home. In the past, we had about six carpets that needed cleaning. Now we have hardwood flooring in two of these rooms. They always do a nice thorough cleaning of my white carpets. I have them come about every six months, since the carpets are getting old and they do not seem to stay clean very long anymore. The cleaning looks great when they are done, even the main traffic areas. The carpets should be replaced, as they are about eight years old.

We've used Star Chem for several years and they come about three times a year. They don't move our furniture, but it really isn't necessary; they can reach under my bed. They pick up all stains and clean the heavy traffic areas well. The carpets dry within a few hours. We always like the people they send out.

Star Chem-Dry Carpet did wonderful job on our carpet as they removed every little stain from our carpet. We were more than satisfied with the job that they did for us. I think they were definitely worth the call. I'm not sure of the price.
