Project went very well overall and even though unforeseen problems cropped up, contractor was very professional and exhibited considerable knowledge as to how problems could be resolved and gave us at least 2 options. You would be hard pressed to know that we ever had a repair in the first place. Contractor was timely and efficient. The total project took 7 hours to complete and that includes a 30 minute lunch break.

He was really good. He called back, came out when he said he would, and had a really good price. He did a really good job.

Mr. Staben gave us an on-site bid for work and paint. The work done was, one wall crack to the ground and two cracks forming were filled, finished with stucco and painted. One wall area along the ground, where we had removed plants was cleaned, primed and painted. Two courtyard gates were cleaned of rust and painted. Two areas were painted, where previous owners had not matched the paint. Mr. Staben matched four colors of paint on a seven year old stucco house. In one area, he matched not only an area in the sun, but a second area in the shade. The ''not even close'' paint used by the previous owners in two areas was totally corrected. Mr. Staben and his workers did the work quickly, quietly and cleaned up after the job was finished. We were totally satisfied.
