The previous public adjuster we hired basically left us high and dry after taking a chuck of our initial payment. We tried calling and emailing but never heard back from them again.
That’s when we found Spartan. They gave us the reassurance we needed to not give up. Luckily this mess is over and now we can focus on rebuilding our home.

Neil has never spoken an ill word of anyone. Just an angel of a man.
Neil is a GREAT adjuster with a lot of knowledge. He used to work for State Farm so he has a lot of insight on insurance claim denials.
Highly recommended firm. Kirby Hendry is a dedicated adjuster as well.
They have a great network of mitigation and construction companies at their disposal at Spartan Claim Services.

I had never had to file a claim before and my claim was headed for denial before I got in touch with Spartan. And now, after resubmitting documents to my insurance and tracking down information from mitigation team, I am finally receiving payments for the damage. I am so thankful they intervened and walked me through what needed to be done to get things back on track. Thank you!
