Leak was repaired during the first visit. A simple method was attempted unsuccessfully and a more detailed method followed. I was not charged for the parts or time in the failed method. Very pleased with the response.

EXCELLENT! I called Angie's List this morning and they sent me a list of vendors that worked on above ground hot tubs. Spa Doctor was at the top of the list. Rick was friendly, professional and able to fit me in within 2 hours of my call. He stayed in communication to let me know when he would be here and arrived right on time, was easy to work with, knowledgeable, efficient and very helpful. I HIGHLY recommend him!

Was able to schedule an appointment for next day service.  The spa doctor arrived promptly the next morning and spent a little over 2 hours repairing our leaking spa.  Provided us with some literature on spa care and gave us a special nozzle for cleaning our spa filters.

I am in the process of purchasing a home (bank owned property) and there is a spa.  Looked to be in pretty rough condition but wanted to make sure it was not worth fixing before having it removed.  Called Rick at Spa Doctor and he came out the next day and was right on time.  He was very thorough and explained everything in great detail in a way I could understand.  Gave me several options on how to repair the spa including best and worse case scenarios.  Great news is spa is salvageable and am so glad I called him before automatically just getting rid of it.  Had to send out a pump for repair and then will be calling him to set up finishing the repairs.  Can not say enough good things about him!
