Solar Screen Factory

The Solar Screen Factory has been a pleasure to work with. I called them on a Monday and spoke with James. James was extremely friendly to speak with and you could tell he wanted to make the experience as easy and quick as possible. He asked for a picture of the windows we wanted to cover. When I texted him the picture he gave me the price estimate within a few minutes. After agreeing to the price, he came to do the measurements that same week on Friday. He brought a few samples of color combinations for the screens to compare with the color of my house. He also showed how well the screens worked by putting them up against the sun. They worked extremely well. The radiant heat of the sun was pretty much totally neutralized by the screens. I picked the colors I liked, he measured the windows, and I payed a deposit. They installed the screens the very next day. So, they were able to have the screens custom built and installed in under a week from when I first called. Jim (I believe) was the one who installed the solar screens on 10 windows. He did a great job and in less than an hour. We are thrilled with how they look and even more happy with how much heat they block on our west facing wall. In fact, we like them so much, we will be ordering more for some of our other windows. If anyone I know needs solar screens installed, I'll definitely be recommending them.

Both Carlos and James were fantastic! Quick quote and order arrived and installed in about a week-they said probably 2 to be safe so we were very pleasantly surprised! Our screens look fantastic- could not be happier! Have already recommended them to some friends!!!
