Scheduling was easy. Charges were explained in advance and were comparable to other driving schools. The instructor was on time, professional and personable. He formerly worked at the DMV and knew what the inspectors would be looking for the driving test. He didn't try to sell us more than we needed.

Silver State Driving Academy is a very professional company.  They would always call the evening before the lesson to confirm the appointment.  Our daughter's instructor was Ty and he was always on time, if not then at least 10 mins early.  He was very patient and understanding with her and with us as parents.  If we had any questions, he had very good professional answers.  He was funny, yet a very serious and safe instructor.  Our daughter did not want to drive the 1st day, but as she had more lessons with Ty she loosened up and wanted to drive more.  He did not take it easy with her on the 1st day either.  He had a planned routes for each lesson and he took her on roads that we were not expecting a beginner to be on.  He had her drive around the area at 1st, then on I-215 and in the mountains.  On other days, she would drive on Summerlin Parkway, US-95 or US-93 doing 65 mph, driving in old Las Vegas through construction with cars, buses and pedestrians cutting her off, then onto I-15 going 75 mph.  She learned many basic and difficult skills.  Now, we all feel safer when she goes driving with us in our own car.  FYI, we have also learned that student drivers are much better drivers when they want to learn how to drive rather than when they feel like they are forced to learn.  It is best to purchase driving lessons when they are ready to learn.

They were pretty good.  The first day went really well, but the second day I told the instructor not to spend too much money with the parking thing because I was paying $90 for 2 hours.  However, he decided to take my wife to DMV parking lot practice area and that took at least more than an hour, but he could have avoided that.

Excellent! Our daughter had graduated from college and she needed to get considerably more exposure particularly in the area of defensive driving here in Las Vegas. They provided an excellent program for a period of time. It was just perfect. That was part and parcel of their program. She was extremely happy with the instructor and how he not only prepared her for driving but also for the test at the DMV. It worked out great.

I would give them an 'A'. I used them four or five months ago. It cost a hundred dollars an hour. That was the going rate. I like the instructor, very personalized and followed my instructions to the letter. I would give them an 'A' for my overall experience. I would use this company again if i needed to.

They showed up on time always and gave good lessons.  She eventually overcame her fear and passed the test.

Extremely punctual and professional  Receptionist was helpful and explained costs and lessons thoroughly.  Instructors were pleasant, positive and spent a few minutes to fill me in on my son's driving lessons.  A great experience for our family.

The provider was excellent he took my granddaughter out for driving lessons gave her all types of excellent instructions to help her pass her driving test.  My granddaughter had never paralleled park and was taught how to do this. She passed the test on her first try.

I had an excellent experience with Silverstate Driving Academy. My teacher, Pat, was very thorough and knowledgeable and above all patient. I have been driving for many years in a country where we drive on the left of the road and traffic is much slower than in Las Vegas. Pat understood my difficulties perfectly, and was so calm with her instructions that it was easy to learn and gain confidence. Just 3 lessons were enough to send me on my way! I would recommend Pat to anyone who needs to learn or to brush up their driving to pass the DMV driving test.

The trainer, Joe was very professional. He took enough care and apart from the regular driving, he also taught her difference of driving. He was very diligent and punctual. We are very happy with their service.
