SIERRA REFINISHING

First appointment was missed but they called and rescheduled a couple of days later. Young man showed up and said he was going to try something and shortly thereafter about half an hour said he was done and he did the best he could. He had used chemicals to remove a stain but it would not go into the indentation lines in the pan. He did get some of the stain removed but the shower pan did not look like new. Worker did not clean up after himself and got residue on the shower door and handles. My wife was unhappy and she called the company who sent the young man back out. He cleaned up and explained if they were going to refinish it the cost would be $600. The office later said it would be $350 but my wife was still unhappy so the company refunded all the money. No problem with the company they made it right, it was just they didn't do the job we wanted.

The worker showed up on time. He did the work and it looks like brand new. The only thing I'm concerned about is how it is holding up. I am wondering how long before I will need it redone. He even gave me some cleaner for free. He was very nice.
