They service was great. Greeted me soon as I walked in. I explained how sentimental the shoes were to me and they treated them like they were there own shoes.

I went in and picked out the material for the cushions and he sent out the balance of the furniture to the home, and they cushions were not replaced.  They just washed the covers and shrunk them and they did not fit were to small and fell apart and split.  They were not usable,  I called them and said that can not live with this, for living room cushions.  He said could come in but would have to pay for them, all 10 of the cushions.  I went in the 2nd time and picked out the material again and he was suppose to send the man out to pick up the damage goods and get this fixed.  He called and said that the covers were ready and done, and all the fabric matched and was the same fabric.  I said not sure why he did the living room and the dining room the same color and pattern.  The furniture is hard and looks like furniture that you would put in your yard.  I am sad due to this furniture has been an heirloom in our family since 1930's, due to my father-n-law running a Rattan furniture business.
