Moving
These men came into my home and would not listen when asked not to move an antique cabinet. They were to pack the crystal inside the cabinet and preceded to move the cabinet with the unpacked crystal inside. They argued with me and did everything I asked them not to do. A leaded glass fire place screen was broken in the moving process. You have too stay on top to these men every step of the way if you want your furniture to remain in tact. I would not recommend these men to move anyone's furniture. Since this was an insurance issue, I don't know what they charged, but whatever it was it was too much!

Carpet Cleaning
I was pleased with their service. They helped me move the heavy marble cocktail table and put it back. They raked the carpeting after the shampoo, which influenced my choosing them. They put little plastic inserts under the furniture to protect it.
