Good morning [Member Name Removed], I just tried reaching out to you via telephone to try and get more information on this matter. I do show that we came out to do an installation for you on 10/5/2021, but we discovered that your plumbing was not sufficient for installation that day and that we would have to install a full line in order to install a softener for you. We came back out and did that full line installation on 10/27/2021. We only installed the full line & softener/ conditioner. We do not, and have not ever, installed water heaters. From your installation pictures on 10/27/21, it looks like there was a water heater there at installation (tank heater) that is completely different from the hot water heater (tankless) that is there now that was observed when the technician went back to your home on 8/11/22. In addition to that, there is another piece of water treatment equipment there that we did not install, because we do not install NOVO systems. Also, I don’t understand why another company would install a conditioner when your unit we installed is a softener AND conditioner already. Our technician that came out on 8/11/22 stated that the leak you were experiencing was from the cleanout in the wall is cracked and leaking. He informed you that we cannot cut into the wall and the cracked fitting would need to be replaced by a plumber. The piping that was installed by us is not in the inside of your walls, but adapted to your current plumbing and installed on the outside of your garage wall. When our technician came out 8/11/21 he noted that everything that we installed was not leaking. It is your existing plumbing that is leaking inside the walls, which is why you need to contact a plumber. I think this review needs to be taken down, because this is not our installation. You need to contact the company that installed your tankless water heater and NOVO system.
