Great experience! Technician arrived on time, had all the tools needed. After a quick explanation of what i wanted done (re-key 6 exterior household locks - minor repair on 1) he got to work. The work was done quickly and efficiently. His truck said 24-hour service, which is good to know...because there have been times i needed that! Being locked and all. I would DEFINITELY hire agin, if and when needed. FIVE STARS!!!

The job went very well. Sergeant Smith explained what needed to be done, and completed the job accordingly. He even added an extra layer of security by adding another door knob that locked also.

Ronny was extremely communicative throughout the whole process with several texts after my first phone call to him. He responded quickly, asked plenty of questions to diagnose the problem before coming over, secured all parts necessary in a single day, and fixed my issues within an hour or so after arriving at my house. Total time from first phone call to repair completion was less than three days. He even, at one point, asked me what my repair time frame was, to which I replied that it was NOT an emergency. I feel that if it had been, he would have been at my house even sooner, but that was not necessary. I will absolutely call Ronny again if I need locksmith work, and I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone who needs work done on their locks. Thank you, Ronny.

Called Ronny and explained problem. He was at my home quickly, understood the situation. Repaired the lock in record time. Super nice guy and very sharp. Price was very reasonable and the fact that he had time in his schedule was great. I’d hire him again and recommend him to friends and neighbors.

Efficient and helpful, 5 star service all the way. I had asked for a bid and he followed up a few days later to see if I had found a locksmith. That follow up earned my business, he asked for pictures of the locks so he was prepared. Day of service he got right to work, then hurricane force winds hit. He improvised and used my kitchen counter to rekey 8 locks while the storm blew through . He was quick and very clean never would have know it was a work space, we had pleasant conversation while he worked. He also was able to open my mailbox and replace that lock without drilling . He even helped program my garage door remote . He is everything you want in a small business. His number is saved in my contacts cause he is who I will call for a locksmith or his roadside service . His prices are very reasonable.

Sgt. Smith is always great to work with - does a great job, easy to contact & schedule appointment. Good price, quality work, and he showed us that our original front door handle wasn't attached correctly, with the bolt all they way through the door. Highly recommend for any locksmith needs!
