Security Alarm Monitoring Service

Monitronics was hired because I was not happy with a different company at my other house. I put this company on a trial run and had a three second response time. I felt that service was the most important with security. I have not had any trouble with the billing and they would have the system repaired if it needed to be at anytime.

Security Alarm did a great job of installing my monitoring system. They explained the systems ins and outs and what to expect from them. Their response time is very good as I have had a couple false alarms, and they responded quickly with a call. When I do have a question, they are always available to answer anything politely.

Monitronics explained exactly how the system worked. We've had several false alarms, usually when my grandchildren are here and they get a hold of my key chain which can trigger it. As soon as the alarm goes off, Monitronics calls immediately and we feel they're very reliable and helpful.

Security Alarm Monitoring Service did a great job explaining how to operate our alarm system. It is holding up well and we have not had any problems with false alarms. The staff is very professional and courteous with a super response time. We are pleased with their service.

Monitronics International did do a great job of installing my alarm system as everything connected properly and they did a superb job hiding everything. However, I was not happy with the monitoring system. We had several accidental set offs and once no one showed up. They were not very good about responding to the set offs. It really got expensive so I recently quit using them.

We have used this company for several years, haven't had any false alarms, and the system hasn't needed any repairs. Every once in a while they test the system but have always kept it working well for us.
