Sandy is in a word- great! I am shopping for a a place to live in Las Vegas upon retirement (i presently live in California). She had positive reviews in Yelp so I contacted her. She elicited my requirements in price/location/style of home/layout/square footage etc, and based on all that, sent me appropriate condos and homes by email. Then I went to Las Vegas and she showed me both condos and homes that fit the bill, explaining the market, areas, the process of buying in Vegas while living in California, as well as many more things I was unaware of. She even contacted some lenders who could fill in the answers to many questions regarding what price range I could afford as well as my special needs. Now I have all the information I need to confidently go ahead with a purchase in the months ahead. She is very personable, high energy, and extremely knowledgable. Vegas condos and homes in my price range have multiple offers and are being snapped up by investors, which makes the purchase process more difficult, but Sandy has 23 years of working this market and she will find me the home that meets my needs-she assured me of that and I am confident that she will.
