Fine. They were very good and professional.

It isn't very often that i take anything at face value until today. Royal offered 625 to replace my entire garage door and that's what i paid. It was't 625 plus this and that and your new total is 2000.00. I paid 625 and not a penny more. Besides the cost they worked with me on time and got the job done in about an hour start to finish and my garage is full of stuff. If you need any work done Royal garage doors is the only place to call.

They were great. Virginia and her husband, Oscar were very professional. Called 30 minutes before arriving on time. Presented options of repairing or replacing opener (the opener was an original 1985 model). No pressure. Work was excellent.

I almost pain $180 PER springs with one of the top Angie listed providers, so glad I didn't get taken.

After they completed the work, they inspected and adjusted the door, and my opener, to make certain that everything was working properly. I own a couple of rentals and plan to use Royal anytime I have a problem with a garage door.

I was contacted immediately after purchasing my deal on Angie's list. They were able to come out right away and replace my springs. It was approximately 2 hours from the time that I claimed my deal to the time I had a working garage again. Great service and price.

Can't say enough good things about Virginia and Oscar. They did a great job! I sent a note that the springs were broken at 6:30am saying my car was stuck in garage and I had doctor's appointments. Virginia called me at 7:30am, showed up at 9:00am and the job was done at 10:00am. And the price was very competitive. Oscar also adjusted the chain and lubed all the door components. Would highly recommend!

I had previously looked at quotes for replacing my loud garage door opener and Royal had the best price. I called today, almost 2 months later, and they honored the quote they previously gave me despite being over 30 days old. They worked me into today's schedule too. They showed up and went right to work. They replaced the opener, the old screeching rollers and put in a new keypad. They were efficient and cleaned up after they were finished. They advised me when the springs broke, I should replace the shaft too, as it was bent some. I cannot say enough good things about them. I will call them in the spring to replace the springs and shaft. Great people and great prices!

Great! Called Thursday eve, they responded within an hour and fixed garage door before 9Am the next morning. They were professional, fast and very courteous. Explained everything. Very pleased with their promptness and professionalism.

Garage door open could be repaired. But after thinking I am older and will retire soon. I decided to change it out while I could afford to. Virginia was very nice.
