We're owner operated. We offer extremely low pricing on all services on residential and commercial pools and spas. Our mission is to provide the most valuable swimming pool service to all of our customers. We accomplish this by offering consistent weekly service performed by a knowledgeable technician. We directly communicate with our customers and are always a phone call away. Our pool service starts at only $120.00/month and offer $75 for bi weekly service. We will work with you to determine the best type of service plan to fit your family’s needs. We strive to maximize efficiency to keep your costs down and produce a fresh and sparkling swimming pool for you and your family to enjoy!!

I contacted Paul because we bought the house and all I knew about a pool was how to do a cannonball. The water was low in the pool and hot tub and there was a temperature fault on the display of the flux capacitor or whatever it was called. It was supposed to get very cold that night so I called Paul and asked if someone could evaluate the health of my pool. I didn't want my inaction to damage the most expensive addition to the home. He came out that day, looked over everything, turned a couple things, cleaned some stuff out and said I'll be fine. He really could've taken advantage of my ignorance of pools, but he's not like that.
I love the fact he built pools for many years then started his own business and has been successful for years now. I have absolutely NO concerns about my pool or the care that it will receive. This is the kind of quality business that I expect Angie's List to have.
"I wish I would of noticed this review sooner , actually the reason I cancelled this account was because Mrs [Member Name Removed] would offer my worker WEED,BEER,COCTAILS every week and he felt very uncomfortable servicing this pool , if any of my employees are subjected to anything illegal or unsafe in there environment I will notify and discontinue service , I gave her a week and was being nice to not mention the fact my tech felt this way"
We were preparing our house to be put on the market. We have a very large pool, with elevated hot tub, several different waterfalls and the system has all the bells & whistles, so rather complicated. Our current pool service company didn't know how to do a lot of things, was doing service improperly and charging a great deal for poor service. I was in a panic because the professional photographer was coming out in 2 weeks to take the realtor images. We got a hold of Paul at Royal Blue and he sent out a service tech THAT SAME DAY. The pool tech found the water was 'dead' and needed a drain & refill - Paul quoted $300 (prior pool service quoted $750). They started draining same day I called! They came & checked on it regularly, Paul was in constant communication with me via text checking on the progress. When the pool was filled, service tech came right out & had it sparkling and perfect for a swim & a photo shot in no time. He didn't have anything unnecessary done (i.e. acid wash) because he knew we were selling our home that it would be lost funds for us - an honest, straight-forward company that has the customers best interest in mind! These guys rock!!
We feel that his prices are fair and that he is always honest about what we need to do to the pool or if some things are not necessary to do to the pool. He will always answer any questions you have
"We are not in business to be stealing old used equipment lol I'm not sure what happened to he stuff but I can say my works get paid very well and to put them selves in a position where they would get fired over a few hundred dollars makes sense you can read all our other reviews everyone is very happy with out work and policy's I guess you really can't please everyone"
"I APPRECIATE ALL MY REVIEWS THAT I RECEIVE. I WOULD LIKE TO ADDRESS THIS NEGATIVE REVIEW AS I FEEL THE NEED TO RESPOND BECAUSE I DON'T THINK THEY ARE BEING FAIR AT ALL. PART OF OUR MAINTENANCE INCLUDES ONCE A WEEK BRUSHING OF THE WALLS. THEIR WALLS WERE VERY STAINED FROM DIRT THAT HAS BEEN SITTING THERE FOR A VERY LONG TIME WITHOUT THE PROPER MAINTENANCE BEFORE WE EVEN STARTED POOL SERVICE. AS FAR AS FILTER CLEANINGS GO MY TECHNICIANS CLEAN OVER 200 FILTERS EVERY 3 MONTHS SO THEY ARE MUCH QUICKER AND EFFICIENT THAN YOUR AVERAGE HOMEOWNER. AS FOR THE "UPSELLING" WE SENT AN ESTIMATE FOR REBUILDING THEIR VACUUM CLEANER AND THEIR VACUUM PORT THAT WAS DAMAGED AND THEY APPROVED THOSE REPAIRS. THE COST WAS MINIMAL. LASTLY, I'D MENTIONED THAT MY TECHNICIAN DID AN ANALYSIS OF THE WATER AND THE TDS WAS VERY HIGH AND THE CHEMICALS WEREN'T BALANCING CORRECTLY AND THAT THE POOL SHOULD BE DRAINED. I ALSO MENTIONED WE CAN WAIT BECAUSE THE COOLER MONTHS ARE HERE AND IT COULD BE DONE IN THE BEGINNING OF THE SWIMMING SEASON. I WOULD JUST LIKE TO SAY I TAKE GREAT PRIDE IN MY BUSINESS AND MY TECHNICIANS ARE COMPETENT AND SKILLFUL IN ANALYZING PROBLEMS AND MAINTAINING POOLS. I WOULD NEVER TRY AND SELL SOMETHING THAT IS NOT NEEDED. WHEN YOUR DEALING WITH POOL MECHANICS CERTAIN REPAIRS ARE INEVITABLE. FEEL FREE TO READ ALL OUR GREAT REVIEWS AND LIKE ANY BUSINESS YOU CANT PLEASE EVERYONE :)"
"Thank you for the review I love to hear feed backs from my customers and it's funny what you say about trying to get a hold of me because I was thinking the same thing lol you guys are allways out of town. And I have 3 phone numbers for you and try all 3 and sometimes never get a responce my voice mail was full as I was waiting for insurance to send me a new phone in the mail as it had broken I felt do lost withought a phone but most customers send me emails if they needed to contact me , I'm glad your pool was finally drained as your Tds was so high if you remember your salt system was under warranty and you just had a question where to start looking into getting it covered but in the long run you have been a good client thanks again for your business"
No hidden fee. They came faster than expected. Walked us through everything as we are fist time pool owners. Fixed a few minor issues got everything set up so we could swim and were really nice to top it all off!
The owner answered the phone and emails within moments. It was nice because I had emailed and contacted several other providers and they didn't bother to contact me within a week or more of my calls and emails.
I would so recommend them to anyone that asked who we used!
Great price and no hidden charges like other places seem to have.
They also don't require a contract which I liked as well.
