We had a large tree branch knocked down by high winds, and we decided we would have some other trimming of the trees in the front yard done. We quickly got a fair quote. The crew showed up on time and worked quickly. Everything was done exactly as requested. We will definitely use Rosales Landscaping again.

Everything was great, I had no bad experiences. They planned out a really nice design and it was provided quickly, they were cost effected. They provided quality work at a good value. This was very important to me.

We have used Carlos Rosales' services for about 8 years. He is a wonderful man and works with his family. He goes to each property weekly and does a great job and is reliable. He notifies us when there are issues with sprinklers and repairs those too (extra costs),

There were a few bumps with the irrigation system in ironing out the leaks as the new lines were put in, but after about a week of working the kinks out, the irrigation systems are working properly.  Not only did they repair the leaks that existed, they revamped the watering system for timing and length of time per cycle and I expect our water bill to drop by as much as 40%.  I'll follow up as this continues, but after a few minor misses, I'm very happy with the final result.  The lights were put in as requested and work exactly as expected.  The monthly service has just begun, but so far I'm very pleased with their attention to detail and the quality of the work. I'll do another follow up regarding the monthly service.  Carlos Rosales is very responsive and made sure that he delivered everything he said he would in the proposal. Paco is lead on the monthly service and I'm very please with the initial results.

The initial work done in the fall of 2012 was great - it was completed on time and of good quality.  I called again in March of this year (2013) to ask if they would put barriers around the backyard trees.  They did that.  These did not turn out to be an an optimal solution, so I called again to ask if they would install another type of barrier around the new trees.  Up to this point I had no complaints, and the quality of their work had been very good. I always paid them promptly and in full.
However, they did not call me or the tenant to arrange for a new type of barrier to be put in, in spite of my repeated requests. Maybe they thought this job was too small to bother with, I don't know.   But if they were unable to do it, they should have said so up front so I could get somebody else. 
Bottom line:  initial work is good, follow up is lousy, if you want anything after-the-fact, they are unresponsive.
