I would not hire this company again. I called on a Friday and was told the worker would call my mother very soon to set up a time to measure the window. On Monday pm, the worker called and said he would be out that day or Tuesday to measure. He showed up on Wednesday and said he would return that afternoon to replace the window. Friday morning I called the company and was given the worker's number to contact him directly. He showed up later that day (one week after the initial call)to replace the window. He said this was a much tougher job than he had counted on and that he might break the adjacent window in removing the broken one and he would not be responsible for this breakage! We rolled the window out to show him that it could be removed without breaking the adjacent window. (I would think a glass guy would have thought of that!) It took us a week to get him there and he griped the whole time about doing the job. Overall the experience was a bad one!
