We hired this company as a handyman service for our bathroom remodel. I deeply regret doing business with this company; I expected professionalism, timeliness & general common courtesy but received none of those things. While our previous experience with them worked out – they are not in the business of admitting fault or taking care of their customers when in the wrong. While their initial rate seemed a little absurd to me for the amount of work they were doing – I regret not paying double and going with someone else entirely for the job. The job they were initially hired for they told me would be done in 1 day….it spanned 3 days over two different weekends. After the first day, they had to come back twice because the sink plumbing was not well done and it continued to leak. Two days after the entire job was “complete,” we had water leaking into the wall from the new connection they installed and it caused water damage into the ceiling of our kitchen downstairs. It took over 1.5 weeks for the issue to be corrected and the walls/ceiling dried, covered, and painted. The techs constantly had to run out to buy materials, were never prepared even when they knew exactly what they would be doing, or completely forgot the correct tools for the job. The tech agreed to come back out to continue repairs and was a no show. The time before that they arrived two hours late. I never received a courtesy call or message from anyone. The scheduling manager claimed the tech did not schedule the follow on visit for repair with her & so she had forgotten to remind him. In the messages with the scheduling manager – it was evident I was the one who had told her the tech would be coming out that particular day to which she responded with confirmation. One of the techs was “forbidden” from coming back to fix the problem, and the other tech ended up quitting after this whole mess. Save your breath and save your time for a company that will take care of you, even if it ends up costing more.

Rising SB Logistics helped me haul away junk stored in my garage. The initial call to schedule my appointment was pleasant and very professional. The haulers were kind and knowledgeable. They arrived on time and didn't leave a mess when they were complete with the work. I was very impressed by their professionalism I will definitely use them again and refer them to my friends and family!
