I scheduled a small project with them and when they didn't show up after an hour past their arrival window, I gave them a call and learned they were tied up on another project. They apologized and assured me they would be out the following morning. The morning of our second appointment I texted to confirm they were coming and I never received a text back. I called them a few hours later and left a voicemail asking if they were still coming or if I should hire another vendor. I never heard back again. I can't speak to the quality of their work, but I can speak to their lack of professionalism. It would have been nice if they had notified me of the change to our first appointment and the cancellation of our second. If they decided the job was too small, they should have just called and told me. They left me hanging, which is completely unprofessional.

Ridgestone is top notched! I had them grout and refurbish my outdoor bar, along with grouting the tile in the pool. Their detail to perfection and walking through the various steps to make sure I was happy didn’t go unnoticed! They were on time, cleaned up after themselves and their work was high quality. I will definitely refer them and work with them again. Thanks for such a great job!
