Working with Rhino Roofing has been the worst experience of any of my home improvement projects. Here is my experience: I started working with Ken in May of 2024 because my roof was leaking. He quoted me, and ultimately, I moved forward with a new roof and fascia replacement. In addition, he set me up with a solar consult since the finance rates were cheaper with solar. I also did solar with their preferred vendor. I was very clear at the signing of the contract that work could not start prior to 7AM due to noise restrictions. Ken assured me it would not be a problem and it would be communicated to the office. Every day, they started prior to 7AM; even with me calling and speaking to the office, reminding them of the noise statues and the possibilities of me getting fined. I called Ken to voice my dissatisfaction, and it was at this time I was told he mismeasured the fascia and they needed more money to complete the job. very low quality, after signing contract i heard nothing till 5 weeks later when they showed up at 1pm and said were here. after stripping off roof a plywood inspection should have been done, per the contract, it wasnt and out of code osb board was roofed over. when i brought it up it was put on me to decide if its done to code or not, thats also not in contract. sloppy flashing work , a ridge vent system done wrong, and shingles put in so poorly it had to be on purpose, no one this bad at their job. get more quotes, pass on rhino. they are rude on the phone, owners wife screamed at me because i quoted her the contract. many other issues including spot on roof that is sunken in and feels like your gonna fall through. rhino has lots of work and are in a hurry to get done and move on. i have many pictures. i sent them to the shingle maker and to the nevada state contractors board

I got a fair estimate for roof repairs - contacted Rhino Roofing and the repairs were done - all in a two day period! I honestly didn’t know how to react when the representative told me that they could have someone out in about 1.5 hours! Show up they did, and my roof is fixed!!! Happy!

Everyone was professional and pleasant and timely.

They were quick to respond to my initial phone call they kept to their promised schedule and completed the job quickly and professionally. Good quality work. I am pleased.

Work was done ahead of schedule, just needed minor repair and tune up and it was taken care of quickly.

I cannot tell, at this point, if the work was good--not enough time has passed and I cannot get on the roof. Still, the price was reasonable. BUT, I asked one of the people if they could paint a few spots in the garage that had leaked from the roof needing repair--it was just a few spots and they charged a lot of money for a few spots to be painted ($300). Oh well, I did not pay the company--I paid one of the employees who worked for the company and repaired the roofing.
