This contractor exceeded our expectations in every way. The addition flows with the design of the house. Work was all top notch. We made a few additional requests along the way which they were able to accommodate. We are so pleased and would not hesitate to recommend Reliabuilt and will use them again for our next project.

They were good. I really like that they're easy to work with. They responded to any questions I had very quickly. They started when they said they were going to start and they got it done.

We started the first week of Sept. and comleted Oct 20,2012. The work staried with demo the front room put the entention on and then brook the the outside wall to make a complete room 18x13. The bathroom was gutted andtwo large windows taken out replaced with sheetrock and sealed up. New vanity and walk in tiled shower. Great job.

it took a little longer than i thought it would but the results were as good as i could have hoped for. it looks like it was original to the house and the quality of the work was excellent. this was a great relief as i live out of state so i was not able to monitor the job myself. . i was a little suspicious because the other quote i got was more than half again as expensive as reliabuilt. when i saw the balcony after completion it was obviously a quality job. i am glad i chose to use this company for the project.

Had already gone to my own architect and had plans ready. Was bidding it out to 6 (yes six) contractors of which Relibuilt was one. All bids came back between $50K-$80K. Reliabuilt was the only company to suggest an alternative way to build. Uri (from Reliabuilt) sketched out some elevations that i liked. We worked together at his office to come up with a structure i loved. Amazingly, it came in at $35K. I am a commercial developer but had never done residential. Uri and Reliabuilt were impressive. Their attention to detail and finish are super. I highly recommend them. My sense is they might be a little higher cost for doing patio covers but i am confident you will be happy you did...especially with all the shoddy work that is done here in Las Vegas.

These people are the best. I was overseas working and they managed to help me coordinate the whole project. They are very professional and really help to get things done and with the planning. I was very impressed with the job and the work.

The crews arrived early on work days, worked efficiently and accurately until they finished, usually to dark. Each crew (concrete, framing, stucco, roofing, painters) did an excellent job and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. The entire project is level, square and plumb, which is more than I can say for the original "craftsmanship" on my home. Initially, I was worried that I had contracted this work at too high of a price. Now I tell everyone who sees my patio that it was expensive, but worth every penny!
