Excellent job! We described our problem and our expectations and Heidi immediately pulled out a swatch book with a line of very tough fabrics. We were pleasantly surprised at how much better Regal's rounded edges look compared to the trailer manufacturer's hard edges. The zippers were also better-edged and stronger-looking. We looked inside one and was again surprised to see that they had replaced the foam with new. Our spill test just beaded up on the fabric. Regal exceeded expectations and honored their Angie's List coupon.

Absolutely terrific. Heidi is fantastic to work with. Help us focus our search, work through the thousands of fabrics they have available and make us feel good about our decisions. John and his team to an unbelievable job reupholstering furniture and Jay was a huge help in figuring out all our window coverings. Installation was professional and they even returned to solve a problem with the way the drapes were hanging at no additional cost. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Both pieces are gorgeous! I recently had the recliner upholstered by another provider and they did such a bad job I brought it to Regal to have it redone and it was so worth it. They also re-worked the arms on the sectional couch based upon a photo I gave them and they turned out even better than the picture. After my furniture was delivered, I took in two small throw pillows to have covered in the new fabric and they did them at no charge! Heidi was wonderful to work with. I am so pleased with the work they did I'm almost sorry I don't have more furniture in need of reupholstering.

They did a superb job. They were quick and efficient. They had an excellent selection of fabrics to choose from. They said it would take them about eight days to finish the work, and that's what it took. Everything came out exactly the way we wanted with any contractor. I couldn’t be more enthusiastic about anybody. We had also used them many years ago for some dining room furniture. They had done an excellent job back then as well.

Unfortunately, I chose an "Oral-Contract" option in reference to the work and payment with Regal. I have learned my lesson it should have been in writing. They charged me 2200 to reupholster the sofa. They were supposed to provide goose down in the cushions and pillows but instead they filled it with batting. The cushions were simply inserts which if you know anything about upholstery is unheard of, especially when you are paying a great deal of money. The velvet came off of the truck dirty and uncovered. The right back pillow had batting past the armrest. All pillows and cushions were quite large and were many different sizes. Material on cushions had excessive material. The piping was left out and when asked about it, Regal told me it would be additional fee for piping. They never mentioned this option. As I am very familiar with upholstery, I thought they would do this without asking or that they would have suggested it prior to the work being done.
I filed a lawsuit against this company due to their poor workmanship. Once I was in the courtroom, they changed their stories and the lawsuit was dismissed before the judge even saw the sofa.
I am now out of that $2200 and must re-upholster my sofa for additional money as Regal will not settle my dispute. This is going to end up costing me close to $5000 to finish this project once and for all.

"In response to the member's complaint, she did not have an oral contract, she had an invoice stating exactly what she got. The member had a large sofa reupholstered in a very high quality velvet. The 2200.00 charge was fabric,labor,new down seat envelopes which was all stated on the invoice. We had contacted the member numerous times and told her we would be more than happy to address any legitimate complaints she had but only wanted a 100% refund on fabric,labor etc... Upon delivery the member loved the sofa however it was at that time she started boasting about all the companies she was sueing which was a little disturbing. When the member's sofa came in, it had no piping anywhere on it. We reupolstered the sofa exactly the way it was when it came in to our shop. I responded to her saying "we reupholstered it exactly the way it was unless otherwise specified on the invoice" had the member indicated she wanted piping we would have done so at no extra charge. The member's response was " NONSENSE ALL SOFAS HAVE PIPING". Any person who has been in the furniture industry or even been to a furniture store knows that there are many different styles of furniture, some with and some without piping. The member also claimed that we did not use a true velvet and had to take all the cushions from her home several days after deliver to various fabric stores and verify that it was in fact a true velvet. Possible causing some of the dirt. She was informed it was a true velvet. The member chose to file a law suit in small claims court in which the judge saw immediately that we had all the invoices stating what we were doing, then saw how she changed her original copy to say what she wanted and dismissed the case. Our company has been in business for 38 years and have had thousands of very happy customers, most of them repeat customers and have never been to court, nor dealt with a customer such as this member."
