I called Mark on Thursday and he was able to schedule me for Friday. Mark was right on time and quickly went to work. He was very patient on the fans. He made sure that I was operating them correctly and then worked with me until he was sure that I could do them on my own. (I am not very handy.) Mark was very thorough with hanging my metal sculpture outside. He went out of his way to ensure that the wind would not drag it down. Mark really took pride in his work and told me that a few other things were wrong and to contact my contractor. ( I had my home remodel 3 months ago.)  Mark was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. He went out of his way to save me money. Mark is now my handyman and the only one I will call.

Told me these type of light fixtures are a bit funky. That the fixture was installed correctly, but sometimes the connections in the fixture are problematic. He then said that the cause might be the wall switch. He said he would replace it for $75. While he was outside in his truck, I bent the fixture a little bit and it solved the problem. We told him we did not need a new wall switch and gave him $20 for coming to our house.

I cannot recommend Mark more enthusiastically. He is worth every penny.

Yay!!! Mark showed up promptly to take a look at my closet drawers - they would not go back into their tracks. Mark knew that it was an alignment problem and fixed it lickety split!!! Now my marvelous custom closet is marvelous again!

Red Rock Handyman did a great job and did really well. He’s really nice and did a lot of extra things. He first came to do the estimate but before giving an estimate he fixed little things around the house and did not charged me for it.

Mark seems to keep having to fix everything my husband attempts to fix ( at least my husband tries). Thank heaven I have Mark to call. He fit us into his schedule right away. Prompt, reasonable and very nice to deal with. We're very happy with his work!

Wow. What a disaster. I provided a punch list of around 10 relatively simple things to do around house. Adjust sock drawers, hang ceiling fan, attach door bell to gate, mount some wireless cameras, and remove and replace approximately 25 solar yard lights. Mark reviewed the list at my home and spent approximately 20 minutes assessing what needed to be done. I provided some supplies and described how I thought certain things should work when completed but told Mark he is the expert and should do what he thinks is best. He  provided a $250-350 bid for all of the work to be performed, which we both signed, and began the work. Mark is a nice guy but is very detailed and takes a lot of time to make sure you know how everything is going to be fixed and what his process is. A couple of times he asked if he could come back another day to complete two items on the list. The solar lights removal, assembly and replacement he said was tedious work and wanted to do it while watching TV.  The repair of my outdoor gate latch he said was perplexing to him and he needed to think further about how to repair it. After a few hours of work, Mark said he was done and that he would come back and repair the gate. He said that there would be no need for me to be home and that he would complete the work.He said that he "underbid" the job but that $350 of the 250-350 bid we agreed on would suffice. Mark never came back on Friday or over the weekend but sent me a text on Monday morning stating that to fix the gate would cost me an additional $100. I was very surprised to say the least.Over the weekend as kept thinking "what did I spend $350 on for this handyman". Not one of the solar lights he installed have yet to illuminate and the door bell he mounted fell off after a day. One of the drawers he "repaired" is dragging on the ground. I emailed Mark on Monday letting him know how disappointed I was that he had yet to fix the gate and that I was stunned to learn that he wanted additional money. After much discussion he reluctantly offered to do a partial repair of the gate (i.e. leaving it primed, not painted) but offered no remedy for the other items that have failed-solar lights, door bell, etc. I told Mark No Thank you to doing any more "repairs". I will seek out someone else for help in the future. I value the work that handymen do and  I truly believe in paying what's necessary for a job well done. In this case I overpaid for a job not done.

Showed up on time, fixed everything as planned and the price was right.  Very happy with the results.

Very responsive and very punctual.  Removed the shutters so we could have the window replaced.  Once the window was replaced we called him back out to replace.  Did an excellent job.  Would highly recommend.

Mark always provides prompt, professional service. He is very clean in his appearance and offers to wears "booties" while working in our house.

He has done a wide of variety of work throughout the house, including extensive electrical and plumbing. He takes much pride in doing quality work and cleaning up completely after each job.

Mark was great to work with. Anything we needed he was able to complete in a timely manner. His work is impeccable and very quick and concise. He wasn't here to see how much he could "get you for"...he was extremely reasonable and willing to do anything we needed done.
I would recommend him and absolutely use him...always!

I met Mark at his address where his welding equipment is set up. We discussed the project, and its solutions, and he did the work, exactly as we had discussed. You can tell by his shop that he's ready and able to take care of many sorts of projects, and I won't hesitate to call upon him in the future.

They are prompt and reliable. They are able to do a variety of tasks. I have lived here for a year and a half so I have been using them for a year and a half. I have used them more than once.

I called to get a chair welded,which I needed for a party two days hence, Mark met me that day where his welding equipment is located,and finished the job.

He is a very polite and very nice guy. He is reliable. He comes quickly in an emergency. I will continue to use him in the future and recommend him to other people.
