Carlos with Rapid Rodent Removal is one to work with if you have a rodent problem (he has over 250 Five Star reviews on Nextdoor, Yelp & Google). We had a dead rat under our house and it was stinking to high heaven & my wife was very stressed about it. We called a bunch of pest control 'services' and none of them would do dead rodent removal without signing up for an ongoing service agreement. We didn't like the feeling of being 'held hostage' by our smelly dead animal problem to agree to some long term service contract. Somehow, we were referred to Carlos. My wife called him in the AM and he was out the same day to solve the dead rat problem. We were so impressed by the quality of his rodent control service and his positive attitude that we got a quote to rat proof (rodent exclusion) the whole house. Carlos even made suggestions for how we could do it ourselves. We decide that we did not want a reoccurring rat infestation and hired him to seal the house against future rodent intrusions. Carlos is wonderful and extremely honest and professional. Two years ago we hired another company (with more reviews and also an Overall A on Angie's) but they had to keep coming back and didn't seal all the holes, because I kept hearing movement in my attic. They kept telling me it was squirrels on my roof, but I was never convinced due to the level of noise and scratching. I decided to call different companies, and I liked how Carlos was so thorough iver the phone and new so much about his line of work. He came here, as found two other entry points that the previous company had neglected. He sealed them off and set traps. I now feel a lot more comfortable because I trust his experience and him as a person. He is honest with his recommendations and doesn't try to get you do to more jobs or spend unnecessary money. I would recommend him to anyone! Don't be fooled by companies that offer you a free inspection only to charge you a lot after to get you to resolve the problem. I'm never falling for that trap again.

We had other people come and try to catch them but there was another family of rats just moved in. This guy was awesome. He plugged up all the openings in our house that were letting the rats in. He got to the bottom of the problem. We don't have any rats anymore. We could hear them scratching around when we were sleeping. They guarantee their work for a year so if we have anymore rats around or have a problem, they will come back for no charge and do whatever they needed to do.
