Hot Water Hero! Shoutout to Justin from Plumbing Proz - this guy is the tankless wonder. My old water heater was basically a grumpy kettle from the 90s, and it finally gave up on me. I called Plumbing Proz, and boom?Justin shows up like the plumbing version of Batman (tool belt included). He explained everything in regular human language (bless him), helped me pick the right tankless system, and got to work like a total pro. There were some pipe issues along the way, but he handled them like he was defusing a bomb?calm, cool, and totally in control. Now I have unlimited hot water, lower energy bills, and zero fear of surprise cold showers. Plus, Justin cleaned up so well, you?d never know a full water heater surgery just happened in my garage. If you need plumbing help and enjoy having hot water AND a good laugh, Justin?s your guy.
