Went very well.
After we called, they were at the house in approximately two hours.
They cleaned up the damaged areas, including removing wet dry wall, and installed blowers to dry out the affected areas.
Came back a few days later to take readings and remove the blowers.
Another crew then came by a week later to repair the damaged areas.
Now it looks like it never happened, and they worked with us with the insurance co.
will recommend and use them in the future.

Our water heater broke and the water got up inside the walls and they did a good job on the drywall. It was the plumber that called them. I came in the house and went back outside and they were here. They also did some painting for us.

Fans and dehumidifier ran for five days. No mold but 100' of flooring will have to be replaced but that was not Quick Response's fault.

We called Quick response to inspect a house for mold remediation. Two hours later they showed up, inspected the house and they said that they will provide us an estimate for mold remediation. Once we got the estimate and after the required testing were done we scheduled them to proceed with one of the rooms. Daniel was very competent and personable. He explained what will be done and when the work will be completed. Jason was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous when we called to inquire about mold remediation. Thank you guys for another wonderful experience with your company.

They did a lovely job and everybody was just so nice. The owner was extremely accommodating; he even brought me the tiles to see what tile to put on top of the water barrier. The workers were nice and professional, and cleaned up after themselves; they even mopped my garage floor. They were meticulous. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.
