I had seen the review on Angie's List, and also some other reviews online. I stopped in late one afternoon, figuring that I would be dropping the ring off and picking it up later. I was met by Anthony (I believe. I have his card here somewhere....), who quoted me $35 to resize the ring. I tried on a couple of different sizes, picked the size that I wanted, and Anthony asked me if I'd like to wait for it. He thought it would take about 15 minutes, so I said sure. Roughly 15 minutes later, he handed my ring back to me. It fit just like the sizing ring and the splice was perfect. He also polished the ring, and it looked much better than I had ever seen it.

Very family oriented owner. I liked that. Came in at 2pm, asked for estimate, which was very reasonable (1/4 of what I was quoted elsewhere), asked when it would be done (by 6pm same day). Arrived at 6:10pm to find the ring done, beautifully! No up-selling, no extra charges, just honest, quality work. I would bring any jewelry I might have for appraisal, cleaning, or repair. Very friendly individual as well.
