I am exceptionally pleased with Mark's quality of work.  He has hit about every trade in fixing my home after an ex-boyfriend did "repairs" that left my home in hazardous condition.  Mark was organized, and quick to respond to my requests.  He worked around me, as I continued to live in the home with my animals.  I found him gregarious, pleasant, informative.  Mostly, he dove into tasks that I needed done, identified (and explained) why I needed other work, assisted in design and finish on my pond and it's leaky waterfall, moved my furniture and handled my belongings carefully.  Mark arrived when he said he would, often left late. He assisted me in so much I cannot express my gratefulness. I've paid him and his rates are extremely reasonable for the work he's done.  I am so very happy that my home is once again liveable. 
The magnitude of the work took nearly 8 months -- everything had to be fixed. And he helped me to prioritize projects.  He provided written reports of what had been done, the costs, and what I was paying upon request.
I am delighted and will call Mark when I need other work done.
