Description of Work: *Randal's crew installed 1500 square-feet of new unfinished 3/4"x 4" wide T/G white oak select flooring and sanded/finished (Bona-Matte seal/3 coats) the floor, also installed owner-painted baseboard. (My house is 1900 sf, 4Bd/3Ba so this installation required many cuts to maneuver around numerous doorway corners.) *this review was written 8/2017

Description of Work: I am pleased with the fit of the floor. Daniel did a solid job on the transitions into the baths, the landing and overlook area. The finish is another issue as a few spots are rough to touch and in office all most splintery. My grandson spilled a glass of water and even though my daughter wiped it up immediately, the edge of the joint raised showing the seal was not complete. Overall I had two major issues with the job and both relate to customer service. I have no idea why you would not price out pre-finished floor for us. I do know this floor finish is not as durable as what I had installed in Colorado. Even when I proposed to go to all 3 inch stock you insisted on the 3,4,5 stock. When I raised the issue of the floor leveler being applied too thick and created two humps versus one, and the installers ignored my plea. My belief was the floor leveler was too thick and left an edge. Your straight edge and my level do not lie. I gave up a bedroom for your installers to use as a cutting room (still finding sawdust) not so much for your use but to save wear and tear on my wood staircase (my tile guy laid down a protective cover). From my view from the beginning of how the wood was stacked to acclimate and the time period for each phase was squeezed to the bare minimum. You never asked or showed up to inspect the job, my tile guy was superb in customer service. Here is how I rate the job: Price a 4, given the Las Vegas market Installation a 4, 5 for fit & 3 for finish Customer service a 3 While there is nothing like the feel of oak flooring I would do only pre-finished in future and as to whether I would use you again, depends.

Description of Work: they came out to bid on a project for stairs and master bed, office and hall to replace with wood flooring in place of carpet. difficult project due to stairs.

Description of Work: I used Quality Hardwood Flooring Inc. in August or September and they removed carpeting in two rooms and removed tile in the kitchen and installed bamboo floors.

Description of Work: I had 2,100 square feet of hardwood flooring that had been neglected over a period of 10 years. Many scratches and lots of deep wear. I hired Randall and Quality to sand and refinish.

Description of Work: They laid down 800 square foot of white ivory GlenCloe Plank wood flooring. They also removed the old flooring for us.
