I have always had hardwood floors in my previous CA homes, but was concerned that I would not be able to find quality real hardwood installation in LV (my LV home is on a crawlspace foundation). Quality Flooring is truly excellent. My floor was installed 2 years ago (6/1/15) and it continues to look fabulous. Hardwood flooring is expensive, but very worth it. The crew had to return several times during the process, always reliable, timely and courteous!

lance did not show up as promised, nor did the floors have a gloss application despite repeated request. lance said he would come back and correct issue but once again empty promises.

I am very satisfied in all of my dealings with Quality Hardwood Floors. I used them to install Virginia Vintage 5" Engineered Hickory floors in my master bedroom, closet, and guest bedroom. From start to finish it was a good experience. I liked Randal as well as the rest of the Quality Hardwood Floors workers. Everyone was pleasant and hardworking. Randal gave me a great deal on my floors and matched the other wood floors in my house with exact precision. My remodel was scheduled with ease. The installation was prompt and done to 100% perfection. I'm pleased with the workmanship. I would recommend them to anyone with complete confidence. My new wood floors are characterized by chisel marks, half-moon indentations and slight variations in color. I'd also recommend the quality of the floors I selected if you're in the market for distressed wood floors.

They were alright. They were on time but they didn't do the work. Some of the work was less than preferable. They came back to repair for something that they did. They were professional but the workers were Mexican and they didn't speak English. I would not use them again in the future.

They were excellent. I spent a little over $3000 on that service. They were very professional and the job was done quickly. It took 2 days and the guys were very well trained, knowledgeable floor installers.

The team showed up on time and worked hard for 1 full week. The floors look like new.

They did a fantastic job. Everything they said they were going to do they did. They truly upheld their reputation with the work they did for me. I was very pleased with the layout and the clean-up job they did. They were very professional and easy to work with.
