Big Shout out for the staff at Pure Turf USA!! This review is long overdue but well deserved 👏. Pure Turf USA is excellent in providing the ultimate yard transformation. Everyone, including our dogs love this turf. It makes our yard so much cooler than the rocks we had. They installed pavers for our storage shed. They also installed decorative accent rock. We gad a few problems in the beginning and the staff was quick to fix any and all issues that happened. We highly recommend Pure Turf USA!!! We will use them for all of future projects. Thank you everyone at Pure Turf. P.S. Im extremely meticulous. Lol 😆 Thank you everyone!

My husband & I were shopping around for a decent quote for remodeling our backyard. That's when we met Kevin and he was AMAZING! He listened to both of us and even though we were all over the place and didn't know exactly what the plan was he helped us along the way. He was not a pushy sales guy and he listened to us both. After receiving our quote we realized we wanted to change some things and he came back out and we planned everything out! He was knowledgeable about the materials they use and just down to earth. Once the crew came they were pleasant to deal with and answered all my questions. We are going to call Pure Turf USA in the future for the front yard next! Thank you everyone!

i would surely like to endorse the use of this company, but in my heart of hearts I CANNOT. My patience has worn thin. One of the reasons I chose them was because they have a finance program that was very alluring. Mine was not a large job, which in some part I feel was the reason I received the treatment I did. From the beginning to this point, the communications have been inconsistent. It seemed that they did not have an even flow of who was doing what and when; e.g., when they were starting this project. I appreciated them trying to "squeeze" me in, (May 2025) but even those dates and times, were inaccurate. Nor were the dates and times for delivering material, and when their workers were coming, or when they would be picking up materials after completion - especially the huge trash dumpster and sand that sat in front of my home. Much confused communications along those lines. In mentioning the turf, most of the area looked good. There is one area that has 2-3 seams, and one spot in particular in that same area, that looks like they cut a patch from another kind of turf and just used it to fill it in there! Even others who have seen it agree - what happened there? Not happy NOT "CONTENT". Once they get your money, there is certainly no satisfaction guaranteed - still waiting for a response from one of the several text messages I have had to send - and no good customer service either.

We could not be more happy with the way in which the project was completed. From the beginning to the end the sales and service team was amazing. Pricing was unbeatable and we have had many quotes. Thank you Pure Turf for a job well done!!

This team did an amazing job. They completed the front and back of the property in a week while keeping the property clean and organized. The workmanship was beyond expectations, I would definitely recommend this company for anyone looking to have your landscaping done with quality and at a great price.

Pure Turf USA did an outstanding job with our backyard project that involved concrete + rock removal, soil grading, installation of turf, pavers, plants and drip lines. Kevin won the bid with his attention to detail, experienced design suggestions, high quality + warrantied turf product, fair pricing, and positive attitude. The office designers like Alex were pleasant to deal with also. The worker crew was professional, hardworking and responded surprisingly well to changes, that I caused along the way. I was amazed what they could do with their Bobcat machine and dumpsters. End results dramatically improved aesthetics and functionality. I once did a small scale DIY turf install. Had I gone the DIY route for this large yard project, there’s no way the outcome would match what was done by this crew of 4 workers for 4 full days during the summer. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience starting with Roi when he came out to give the free estimate. The estimate was lower than the competition. Work was completed quickly and last minute changes by us were accommodated. The crew with Elevate Landcare did an excellent job. Endy was easy to work with and very friendly. Would highly recommend.

Ari was easy to work with and did a great job. Everything was done on time and to our satisfaction. We are going to hire AA Construction for our next project.
