PS Company was assigned to us through our home warranty company. Having had various types of experiences with vendors that we don't select ourselves, we had no idea what to expect. Plamen was a pro from the get-go, understanding that our time was important and keeping me abreast of his timing for arrival. Once here he explained what he was doing and why (he was assessing a potential leak under a toilet), and was able to convince the home warranty company that despite not seeing water something was amiss. Once he received approval and started to cut the silicone at the base of the toilet, water started flowing out. Yes, a leak that could do a lot of damage over time did exist. He removed the defective and substandard plastic parts, explaining why, and replaced them with a quality wax ring and steel bolts. He was very thorough, verifying no new leaks, and cleaned up the place before leaving. We definitely lucked out with PS Company. Thanks Plamen!

The first time I used PSCompany, I had them install a custom outdoor hose bibb. I needed to clean and fill up my jecuzzi and didnt want a long hose going from the other side of my house. They were very professional and affordable. I am very satisfied with the job, it looks clean and is very functional. I used them a second time after that to unclog my main sewer line. They were on time, and did it very quickly. I will continue using their services if I need anything in the future. Highly recommended.
