Description of Work: Re roofed half my home. |Gave discount, then added a charge that was more than the discount. |One tile viewed from the ground is unpainted-doesn't match other tiles; supervisor said can't change. I didn't contact them as an Angie's List member-used them years ago.

Description of Work: We had a leak in the master bathroom, where rainwater would run down an inside wall. PRS sent an appraiser, Roberto, to check it out. He determined where the leak originated, took pictures of the problem area and proposed how to fix it. Within the next few days their people were at the house, repaired the problem quickly, professionally and did the extra work that Roberto agreed to do at no additional charge.

Description of Work: I THOUGHT I HAD A MAJOR ROOF PROBLEM. GARY HUNTER WENT ON THE ROOF, CAME BACK DOWN AND TOLD ME I HAD 5 TILES THAT BECAUSE OF WEATHER WERE NOT ON CORRECTLY. HE FIXED THE PROBLEM. I ASKED FOR THE PRICE AND HE STATED, "DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT". IT WAS EASY FOR HIM TO DO. HE COULD EASILY TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF ME AND DIDN'T. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM AND THE COMPANY.

+ -1 moreAll my dealings with PRS went very smoothly and everybody was spot-on, courteous, and helpful. The work was performed on time and slightly under estimate. I would not hesitate to use PRS again and I would certainly recommend them to anyone. A bonus, at least in my mind, is the office is a dog friendly enviornment. Kudos!
Description of Work: I called for, and received, an estimate to take care of a roof leak around my chimney. The estimator arrived when stated, was very professional gave me the information I needed to make my decision and left without any pressure to make an imediate decision. To be honest, I was so impressed with everything from the first phone call on, that I did not feel a need for an estimate from any other company.

+ -1 moreAfter approving the estimate and scheduling the job, we were told that the work would begin the coming Monday at 7am. No one showed up. We called and were told that the skylight did not arrive and they would check on it. No one called back. We called again and were told they could start the following weeks. Again no one showed up or called. We called again and they have yet to get back to us. We are going with someone else. Their estimate was also on the high end of others. They were not considerate or polite on the phone and did not apologize for not getting back to us or not showing up. Would not recommend them based on this.

+ -1 moreCalled for an estimate and they were prompt in responding. Started early in the morning, took about an hour lunch and finished when it started to get dark. There were about four or five workers plus support staff that came and went. Also a safety inspector from the company came on the second day to make sure everything was good in that respect. They worked hard and well, and seemed happy to be here. No horseplay, and all seemed to know what they were doing, coordinating with each others work needs. Seemed they all knew what needed to be done and did it. Work was done start to finish in three days. I was fortunate to have the time to watch the whole job done, and the workers never seemed to mind my "supervision". They never hesitated to ask questions about particulars concerning the job. Saying "I was impressed" doesn't do them justice.
Description of Work: Removed existing concrete tiles from roof and stacked for reuse. Removed all 1"x2" wood battons and cleaned surface. Installed new battons and felt underlayment. Removed old kicker boards and replaced with new drip edge, bird stop, and penetration flashing. All metal flashing replaced and sealed as needed around pipes, vents etc. painted to match roof color. Install weather blocking at hip and ridge. Installed eight vents. Cleaned area after work complete.

+ -1 moreThe house was a foreclosed property that I had purchased and needed minor repair to the roof. My real estate agent recommended PRS and I was also pleased to find the company on Angie's List. They were there right away with an estimate and after a few revisions to the contract, the repairs were made in a very timely manor. I was very pleased.
Description of Work: Several places needed new felt and replacement of tiles as well as a new rolled roof on a patio area.

+ -1 moreI was impressed on how fast they were able to get my roof done. They were very efficient and we have had no problems with the work that they did. They showed up on time and were nice people to do business with. They were reasonable in price however I just don't remember what that was.
Description of Work: They repaired a leak in my tile roof where the needles from our tree had actually poked holes through the tar paper. They were able to use the existing tiles and just replace the tar paper and plywood. They tore off about 5 to 6 tiles back in an area of about 8 foot on one side and 10 foot on the other.
