PRO TREE

Excellent work. I have used them in the past and this job was handled just as professionally as the last and at a very reasonable price. I will not hesitate to call them again.

This company is fantastic. Work was scheduled within just a few days of calling when other companies were scheduling 3 weeks out. Job and cleanup was great. My trees look fantastic now. NO-ONE could beat Tree Pro's price. Other companies were asking $975 - $2300 to trim my 5 palm trees with several years growth. Tree Pro's price was just $475. I almost couldn't believe it. Crew was on-time and very professional. Ron the Owner kept in constant contact with me before, during, and after the job to make sure I was happy, he even had my pool cleaned after the job was done! Based on price and service I can't believe there is a better tree trimming service in Vegas.

Great. It was a long, all day, day.

I will NEVER hire them again. I am sorry I hired them in the first place. The African Sumac they over trimmed appears to be in a death spiral. The only tree that suffered in the Spring winds is the African Sumac.

The crew was very professional, polite, the arrived on time and did a wonderful job cleaning up it was like the tree never existed.

A clean and professional job. Reasonably priced for the work performed. Experienced crew. Pleasant English speaking supervisor on site during work. I observed the supervisor look after the job and his crew making sure they had safety equipment and checking at each step to ensure Iwas happy with the work. They have the equipment required including cherry picker truck and tow-able chipper. Would recommend and will use this provider again.

Pro Tree did a good and clean job. They were very professional. But I found them pricey so I would not use them in the future.

I had to call 3 times for an estimate. Estimate was reasonable so I ok'd it. I had to call the office 2 times to find out when they were coming. I told them I had to know because the gate to the backyard was locked and I needed to open it for them even if they came when I was not at home. I was finally told the date they were coming. I was told they would be there at approx. 9am. They arrived at 6:45am! The men that cut the trees did a great job and cleaned up extremely well. I was told by them that another crew would be by in a week or so to grind the stumps of the tree. I was never made aware that this was a two-part job. After not hearing from them for several days, I called to find out when they would be by to grind the stumps so that I could leave the back gate open. I never received a return phone call after I had to leave a message because no one answered the phone at the office. I came home today to find that the stumps had been ground down and they broke into the side gate to get into the backyard. They did not rake or clean up. They had to move a wheel barrow and did not put it back where it was. I have still not received a return phone call from the company.
The first crew that cut the trees down was so outstanding that I would consider using this company again if I had any trees that needed work.

We have used them twice, and they have been great. We are super happy with them. We always want our trees trimmed towards the end of winter, so they are healthy and good. When we bought our house, they got the trees all tidied up and told us they would be back the following year, because they did not want to over trim and kill them. They have three arborists that work for the company, so they know what they are talking about. They talk to us and explain things if we have questions. They not only look at the tree from being up in the tree or in the equipment that they have, but they also stand back and look at the tree from all different angles. They clean up everything perfectly well and are easy to work with. They are very responsive, professional and on time, if not early. Our trees are safe. We have strong winds here, so if we have too much in our trees, they are going to break a limb. They make sure that the high winds can go through and we don’t lose any branches or the whole tree. Their quality is perfect. We can email them or call them. The price is fair - we get what we pay for. We would use them again in the future if necessary.

We had ProTree come out to spray our olive trees to prevent olives. Of course we didn't know what a poor job they did until recently when the olive trees bloomed, and boy did they ever bloom! We have olives all over but the worst are the olives that drop off near the front door. We have to carefully watch our step so as not to track olive stains into the house. They may be OK at other jobs but would NOT use them for olive control.

They did a good job and we will hire them again.

I called for an estimate and was told someone could come out the next morning. When I told them I'd be at work they said that was fine -- that they'd call me from my house to answer any questions I might have. I liked this approach a lot. The next morning, Raymond called me to give me the estimate for the work I wanted done. He was very knowledgeable and spent several minutes answering questions I had about other trees on our property (regarding fertilizing, pruning, and insect control). He gave me an estimate over the phone and also left a written estimate (including an estimate for future work we discussed). I called them to schedule the work, and they came out two days later and did an excellent job. The dead tree was dropping a lot of needles, but Pro Tree cleaned up, so thoroughly that it was as if the tree were never there (except for the stump which I elected not to remove). Pro Tree is great! They did everything they said they'd do when they said they'd do it.

I do like them. I have used a couple other companies, but this one I was happy with. They showed up to the appointment on time and I was told exactly what they would be doing. The workers were very professional, nice, and clean. I was able to schedule the appointment around my schedule.

Pro Tree showed up early and did a fantastic job of trimming my trees. They cleaned up well. I was particularly happy with the quality of their work, having used other companies in the past and not altogether satisfied with them. I will be using Pro Tree again.

I am very pleased with their work. They were very professional. They were well-equipped with a new truck and a chipper, so they disposed of the trimmings on the spot and cleaned up the mess. The foreman was very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of information about how to care for the trees in the future to have them look the best, and not have to do drastic trimming again and pay a big bill.

Pro Tree was very experienced and did a very good job on our trees. They worked very fast and they didn't leave any mess behind at all. We were very happy with the work that they did and they way they did it. I really liked that they took all the debris with them.
