Contacted Brad and explained what we needed. I provided a measurement and he gave us a ballpark figure to work with. Brad asked about our pool in order to give him a mental picture of the project. He checked his appointments, called us back and said 'How about tomorrow'? The next day Brad calls and confirms the time etc....a short time later he and John arrived checked out the job, firmed up the price and went to work. The tile had a substantial mineral buildup as our water is very hard. It took them several hours to clean the pool/spa tile...meantime the pool was being drained. The tile looks like the day it was installed 5 years ago. These two guys were not only professional all the way but very nice and pleasant to deal with. They left the sump pump overnight to complete the pool drain. John came by the next day to retrieve his equipment. We filled the pool and couldn't be happier.
